Their drug rehab program violates CMS rules, there is no proper chain of custody or way to verify a sample is yours on labs, as your ascension #s will not match anything sent to a lab. They send pee out of date, out of order to labs to keep people in their program as long as possible. Their lab is the same credentials as Quest and Labcorp.

Just horrible! I went there twice and had an issue called to make a complaint! They let the individual I had a problem with record the confidential complaint on their phone and their employees go through medical records and harass you with your records! I filled complaints and went straight to the Medical Board and they let the employees still work here! Do Not Go Here!!!!

Their tone was dismissive, and they seemed more interested in arguing than resolving my issue. What struck me most was their inability to handle the conversation without getting emotional. It's crucial for any company to train its staff to remain calm, especially when dealing with frustrated customers. Reacting emotionally and, worse, hanging up mid-call, as this representative did, is completely unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the company's values and its commitment to customer satisfaction. Avoiding emotional responses and never hanging up are basic tenets of professional phone etiquette. [clearly needs to invest in better training to ensure their representatives understand the importance of these principles."

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! NO ORGANIZATION SKILLS.. THE FRONT DESK Is Not helpful is an understatement. They are lazy and ineffective... The white woman with the long red hair and the part down the middle is the worst, she tries to push blame and work... Everything is either not her job or she doesn't know.... So by the time you get to speak to someone with who can help you hours have went by ...

She provided me with all the resources I needed to help with my CPS case, and I’ve never felt this comfortable and at ease in an appointment before when it came to getting things done in my case plan. This place helped me the 5 months I was there. Of course could use some lessons on withdrawling because I was in detox when I arrived but it had been over a week so they wouldn't start dosing me. I went through the 5 months here and made alot of great friends!! We r friends till this day!!! They have some really caring staff here!!! I have my sobriety now going on a year free from benzodizapines and opiates!!!!! Thankyou cove!!!! I met a few of my bestfriends here!!!!

My little brother was helped here and since then he overcame his addiction gained his weight back and now works as a security guard with his gun license 🪪 which this place had to clear him for them ….. he also bought himself a car & now have his own place 🙏🏾💪🏾🙏🏾
