Located along South Colorado Boulevard in Denver, this outpatient program serves LGBTQIA+ adults facing trauma, substance use, gender exploration, and mental health challenges. Care is rooted in affirmation, cultural humility, and respect for each person’s story. The setting is inclusive and nonjudgmental, offering a place where clients can speak openly and feel heard. From the first conversation, the focus is on safety, privacy, and building trust at a pace that feels right. Personalized, Affirming Care Services include partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), 1-on-1 therapy, group therapy, psychiatric care, and neuropsychological testing. Clinicians use evidence-based approaches to help clients understand patterns, manage emotions, and work through trauma. Chemsex therapy thoughtfully addresses the link between substance use, intimacy, and identity. Recovery coaching, peer circles, and chosen family therapy strengthen connection and support. The team also provides affirming evaluations and letters for hormone therapy or surgery, guiding clients through gender-affirming care with clarity and respect. Support That Continues Healing does not end after a program. Step-down care, ongoing coaching, and peer support help clients return to daily life with stability. Supportive housing offers added structure when needed. Holistic options such as somatic therapy, trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, creative expression, acupuncture, and Reiki support whole-person growth. Reaching out can feel vulnerable. The team invites individuals and families to connect for a confidential conversation about next steps.
