Overall great experience, my only complaint is this weekend we are expecting 3 feet of snow on Sunday and they have only closed for Saturday and Monday, they should be closed more days to keep everybody safe and make sure people get the medicine they need, it's not like this happens all the time. If people can't make it to get there medicine this week and end up relapsing it is completely on crossroads.

The 'crossroads lab' as they call it messed up so many patients screens. I mean every person I have spoke to! They had another lab the majority had moved to and miraculously had ZERO issues. Many of us have been going for yrs. The ONLY thing we had any control over they take away. Someone decided patients shouldn't have a choice as to where their screens go. I've been at this place just over 3 yrs had no problems since I moved labs. If I start having problems after putting 3 years of my life into this place because someone doesn't feel like we deserve to have a choice in any aspect of our treatment, there's alot of upset patients. I refuse to let a shady lab mess up all the work I've put in.
