They got my previous evaluation deleted. Read for pros and cons. Pros: the portion of the faculty that directly interacts with clients are excellent. These are Therapists, techs, cooks, etc. if one takes advantage of every activity available, sobriety is achievable. Food is often accessible, they started limiting food in my last week although. The premises is kept very clean as well. Cons: the higher staff cares for nothing more than money. They allowed anyone with good insurance or cash to come. People without addiction, such as folks with panic attack disorders, folks with complex mental diseases including schizophrenics, people that should not be in the same building with addicts. Everything told when you speak to someone is a lie. Everything is taken when you get there. Also, any phone numbers you write as your contacts, the facility will call. All of them. They called the workplaces of every patient to convince them to let the employee spend more time in rehab, then convince your family you are in really bad shape and need months, and get $ out of your family. The higher staff fabricates stories based on the situation; you will be told different things by different people. Lastly IMPORTANT if you want to leave, demand the AMA contract. People think AMA means walking out. They keep your belongings if you walk out. Demand the Against Medical Advice (AMA) contract. Then you can have all your belongings and leave. Rishi R. M.D.

My son was a herion addict for many years. As a dad, I focused on everything but drug use with the "not my son" attitude. Once his addiction became clear, I wanted to do everything I could to save him. My son was a shell of a person. With more overdoses and car accidents than I can count, I had lost all hope which is terrifying for a father because my son was gonna die. He was an intelligent, loving, funny and hard working guy who had everything to lose, and he lost a lot along the way, but most importantly his LIFE. Once I realized that it wasn't my decision to get him clean it was his, the long process of recovery started. As he struggled to work on his sobriety, he was in and out of more than 20 rehabilitation centers. There was no keeping him there because of the treatment that he was receiving. He felt like it was a warehouse that only cared about getting people in and out as fast as possible. As his father I wanted the proper care for my son. It was hard for him to care about his sobriety at a place that wasn't supportive of his recovery. Out of desperation, I ended up on the phone with Flagler Health and Wellness. That phone call was the best thing that could have ever happened to us. Once he was in the program, his therapist was the person that was able to get through to him in a way that I couldn't. I was involved throughout the entire process which was really comforting because I'm so far away. Not only was my son a priority for them, they were also champions for his sobriety. I am so grateful to them for helping him, treating him, counseling him and bringing him back to life. I am excited to say that my son has been sober for over a year! I have my intelligent, loving, funny, hard working son back. He is so strong and I'm so proud. THANK YOU FLAGLER!!!

Flagler was an amazing experience overall! I truly miss being there. The staff was genuinely caring and invested; the techs, nurses, therapists, SobeWell, case managers, cleaning ladies, and especially the alumni coordinator. Christina made it so fun with all the activities she planned for us weekly like bingo, painting, corn hole, and trivia. Even now she keeps in contact and plans alumni events for us. I definitely recommend this treatment center!

There are some great techs here that really care about your recovery. Christina is the alumni coordinator and you can tell she cares about every person that comes in for treatment!

If you want to get sober and stay sober, Flagler is the facility for you. They give you all the tools you need to stay clean and be a functional adult. I enjoyed the groups, they were extremely informative.

I am beyond grateful for the staff at Flagler!
