Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.

I've been to this clinic several times. I went for an annual exam which included a blood test, I think the staff is inexperienced, most likely fresh out of medical classes. The woman who took my blood left my arm with bruising, other times at other doctors when blood was taken no bruising. I called the clinic today for an appointment with a specialty doctor that's there once a week, the call is answered and immediately put on hold you can't speak to anyone. I know it's busy the staff has to do better! The appointment with the specialty doctor costs me money up front, before ever seeing the doctor. Pay over the phone at the time you make the appointment if they would ANSWER and SPEAK to me!!!!
I was told my severe stomach pain and excessive vomiting were “just constipation” and was sent home. When the pain didn’t stop, I went to a hospital a few hours later. It turned out I had appendicitis and needed immediate surgery. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back here for medical advice.😁
Been trying to call them for last 3 days, nobody even care to answer the phone, n telling me call later, call tomorrow, it’s just nonsense, one time one lady took my name and number n said someone will call me back, n nobody did, trying to play with feelings of people in need
Very fast and exceptional service. Very knowledgeable people about immigration medicals. Also offers other services like maternity care, dental and other primary care. Getting appointment was easy and got reports back within 2-3 days. Definitely recommended.
Make sure the person answering the phones is fluent in english. You may receive calls from people of many different nationalities, and their accents can vary. If the person answering the phone cannot speak and understand English clearly and confidently they should not be handling this role.
Where terrible after 2 our waiting they said doctor not here today. The told me come Friday at 8 am i am here from 7:53 am and they saying need this need that and i collect everything and said doctor not here , crazy i wait almost 2 our
Nearly four hours of waiting for less than 10 minutes with the doctor. The doctor did not listen to our concerns and told us we were “describing the symptoms wrong.” She repeatedly insisted it was the flu despite negative test results and despite us clearly explaining that the symptoms were different. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. The front desk experience was equally unacceptable. Staff were willing to spend long periods chatting with patients who spoke their own language, while patients speaking English or Spanish were given no explanations — only told to “sit and wait,” with visible impatience and a rude attitude. I am normally very patient and understanding. I usually accept long wait times without complaint, but this experience was completely unacceptable.
Worst experience every time I bring my family here. The front desk will always tell you there is a waiting of 30 to 40 mins but you end up waiting 2 hours outside and 30 mins for the doctor. They will call you and do your vitals signs and let you sit on the chair for an hour or so. After an hour they will call you send you in a room to wait for a doctor but doctor will take his/her own time to come and see you. Sometimes it’s 30 mins to an hour. And the payment is same that I am paying for a well known speciality clinic where they treat you with respect and are very punctual of timings. Worst place to visit if you don’t have insurance. No respect Worst clinic.
