I sought treatment from this organization and what I got was: -A front desk person playing Pokemon on their phone. -A scheduling department which, either from poor scheduling software or incompetence, struggles to schedule appointments. -An intake professional who can barely do intakes because they live in the middle of nowhere and have a bad internet connection. -A therapist who will charge you for a session if you don't cancel within 24 hours, but has no problem cancelling on you an hour before your appointment. -A psychiatrist with a month long wait for appointments. To people in search of mental health care in Grand County: the internet is full of affordable, competent therapists. I'd recommend exploring those options before chancing treatment with Mind Springs.

It’s unfortunate that I have to go to therapy at a place that has someone working there who is unsafe in not only mine but other people life and that I have to interact with them once a week and to schedule appointments. Do better.

I have had a great experience with an amazing therapist these past few months!

This place has abandoned me time and again. I have been really struggling and therapist after therapist has left me right in the middle of some deep emotional pain. Lance told me he was leaving but would be gone and would be around to help me. I stared emdr with him to address past trauma, did one session and he calls to cancel our last two sessions and tries to tell me to have a good life. He just left me in a bit open pit of pain that and I had to put myself back together. I have been on antidepressants and dr after doctor has kicked me off their service and left me to traumatically come off antidepressants all on my own. The last time this happened I got fired from a job. I wonder what I’ll lose this time. I infinitely regret trying to lift myself out of my depression with this place that just made my abandonment issues worse. This place is broken

It was the worst Is therapy experience in my life, never use this company if you have a choice. I would rate it 0 stars if i would a chioce.

Incredibly unprofessional.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve heard great things about minds springs over the years and was extremely disappointed of how much they down played my situation. Not only that, they canceled my therapy sessions after my psych evaluation and told me they would only do medicine management. My therapy sessions were canceled after one session and no one ever checked in like they said to see if I was responding well to the medicine they prescribed. I could write a novel and everything wrong I experienced with them over a course of six weeks.I would highly suggest looking else where for help.
