The weatherization department is very efficient thanks to their receptionists- I was surprised because I don't get the same treatment in fact it could be very bias in their main office depends who you talk to - but the weatherization office is a lot more professional and there is Miss Monroe and miss Norma before her that were always attentive and actually take their job very seriously? P.S at the end of the day no one called back so I didn't get the help. Just an update

This place needs social workers, terrible place if you ask me. Rude staff as well, no considerate for others when it comes to support. How can you professionals act like this towards people?
It's extremely disappointing to read all the testimonies from people needing help and treated in an awful way 😖 I'm looking to volunteer at a place that has mutual respect for all. From what I read I would never go there.
They help alot of people and my caseworker Patty patterson was so nice and sweet and easy to talk to and she helpped me with everything i needed help with and everything i asked for and was very kind and was very easy to talk to
