nice friendly helpful
Been sitting here for more than 30 minutes even came early for my son's appointment. Signed the clip board and signed my self in the tablet and the entire time the lady on the window was starring at me (40 minutes) not a word out of her mouth to even ask me if I needed help! Then I tell them I've been here this entire time waiting for them to call me and for them to just blame me for everything. My phone number should be on file I've been here before since my son was born I've had my entire information given to them a couple of times and they still have an attitude about it 🤯 crazy! Just admit you guys ignored me this entire time and we can move on man and I'm still waiting!
The staff, Doctors, Nurses they are so great in ther job. I love it Thank You for your hard work God bless them 🙏🏻🙏🏻😘🥰

I cannot say enough good things about Chaparral’s La Clinica. My mom just passed away this week, but was always cared for so well here. Dr. Berrios and the staff were always so caring, professional, friendly and went the extra mile to help my mom. A+++ in my book always!!!! ❤️
The secretary on WINDOW 2 needs to have a better way of communicating with the people who come into an appointment. Came to leave a paper for them to fill out for my son's school 2 days ago....told me they will call me back and we didn't get the call.. My wife had to call them and remind them about it. Secretary are the first people we see when we walk into the clinic and we go based on that. Don't profile anyone on how they look or appear.
