Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I enjoyed my stay honestly. I got along with staff well for the most part. I didn't really know what to expect because it was my first time in a place like this. For me, the group sessions helped a lot, my antidepressants are helping, and I can finally see the "gray area" of things. I kinda miss it sometimes but eventually you have to leave & tend to real life because it's still there. You just learn to cope better. ☯️🧿🤍🫂☮️
I walked in here for the second time extremely distraught. I was sent to the old building where the Dr, Phschiatrist and staff on 2B took such good care of me. I was excepted back into the ECT department and am VERY GREATFULL. Thank y'all so much❤️☮️
Firstly, this review is nothing against the employees of the the facility. EVERYONE from security to nursing, doctors, techs are extremely KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT!! This review reflects solely on the communication/consistency/management of the facility. There is very little communication from the point of admissions to the other building for the adolescents. I brought my son a bag back, he was there for 3 days and never received it. It was stuck at "property". They all knew this and no one mentioned it to me or went to go get it for him. Secondly, we were there at admissions from 09-2:45pm. We were not offered food, water, coffee, anything. We were STARVING once we got to the unit and I was told I could bring outside food in, so I left and came back, Upon returning, I had to throw away the drinks as fountain drinks are not allowed. They confiscate phones and the only vending machine takes phone pay. FRUSTRATING when u haven't eaten or drank all day. Then, I was told I could bring my other son for visitations. There was no mention that I would have to request permission and schedule a specific time, but I brought him for visit, although they ultimately let him back, they were asking why I didn't schedule it. UGH when I live an hour away, this would have been great info to have ahead of time. FOURTH, the night before, a social worker on site (not the one assigned to my son in his unit) gave me info on the process to discharge my son early. She said just to call in and let the nurses know to begin the 4 hr letter process. They said I had to come in person to begin it. Okay, nbd but again, the communication is just off and inconsistent. Otherwise, I LOVED all staff from security, to admin to nurses and techs. But there is no cohesion in consistency from any of these groups.
If you're there involuntarily, it's probably because you breathed wrong in front of the quota-short police.
I stayed here for 15 days. It was very difficult but I received amazing care from the psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses and techs. Almost all were exceptional, professional, and compassionate. I am feeling better now than I have in years and finally feel like myself again. Thank you!
This hospital has really outdone themselves and stepped up on their A game. I couldn't be anymore grateful for their continuous help. They put me on the right meds and it's changed my life for the better! Thank you guys so much for everything. At first I was an emotional wreck. But after intense care treatment, it really helped me to be in better Spirits. I thank you guys again and for the wonderful staff who really valued me as a patient and my opinions on what would make the stay better there. One other great thing was I did not get mistreated by any staff here. Patients get treated like people with dignity here. Not the other way around like some unprofessional facilities I've been too. I thank you all who helped me again. God bless this building. I was scared at first, but they tended to my every need. Definitely would recommend sending your loved ones here. For they have an amazing and passionate staff who really cares about their job.
This hospital provided exceptional care for my family member during a challenging time, demonstrating professionalism and compassion throughout their treatment. The staff was highly attentive, creating a supportive environment that significantly aided in their recovery. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility for their outstanding dedication to patient well-being. Thank you so much
My stay at the Dunn Center was better than expected. Shawn in reception loves his job and it shows, he along with all the staff there made the long process go smoothly. My nurses Gertrude Obieze, Mary and Mr. Porter were very patient and helpful. The techs were also very amazing. I love when you can see that someone loves their job. Calista, Maria, Jason, Mr.Olu, Deborah and Rachel, love their jobs and did a great job making sure all the patients were taken care of. I must mention tech Bindu Thomas, the hardest worker I saw there for my stay. I don't think I ever saw her sit down unless she was sitting with a patient. I would have given 5 stars but I wasn't expressed with the doctors. I think they need more sensitivity training. I will definitely advise you or your loved one going through a hard time to stay here and be helped.
