Most of the staff are very kind but its seems like chaos. There is no actual work done and all we do is pee in a cup and they treat us like we are court ordered to be there. The head nurse is rude and uncaring. I was genuinely hurting and they just sent me to another place. Please try another place!!!!

Unprofessional and unhelpful. Group facilitators are never prepared with material for group. Group is either three hours of check in or an unrelated video. I was accused of relapse when all my urine screens have been clean since starting treatment. I don’t have to be here but I'm treated like I'm court ordered. The only thing I've learned from this place is how to pee in a cup.

I came here hoping it would help my mental health. I attended treatments three times a week and group therapy, and I was supposed to have one-on-one therapy once a week, but that never happened. I also needed paperwork filled out, but even after asking every day, it was never completed, which led to me losing my job. The staff seemed overwhelmed with too many patients, and as a result, you don’t get the proper care you need. This place ended up making things worse for me instead of better. Most of the people getting treated here don’t even seem like they want to be here it feels like they’re just going through the motions. PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE!
