Mainspring Recovery Triangle treats people with drug and alcohol addiction using a day treatment program (PHP). This level of care gives more support than standard outpatient treatment, yet lets clients return home each day, providing structured help while allowing flexibility for everyday life. Build Skills For Lasting Change Mainspring Recovery offers individual and group therapy, life‑skills workshops, and psychoeducational classes to clients in the PHP program. Clients learn to understand addiction, build coping skills, and improve well‑being, all while daily routines help them practice what they learn in a safe setting. Access Comprehensive Care Options They offer a real community feel where clients meet others on similar paths. Each person gets a personalized aftercare plan to guide them smoothly into life after PHP. This helps clients stay connected, feel encouraged, and build a strong foundation for long‑term recovery. Mainspring also offers low intensity residential treatment in Dumfries and higher intensity residential treatment at their Lynchburg location.
