This place is therapeutic and lax and the staff and clients are all genuinely kind hearted and do care! Audrey and Ashley and Mrs Rabbit are my top faves although I loved everyone they really know how to make you feel comfy and give appropriate coping skills and knowledge you need to get through this process! You have to absorb what u can I couldn’t have chosen a better rehab

I spent 30 days here in-patient last year and it was the best decision of my life. All the counselors and techs are very insightful, helpful and kind, the food is phenomenal and you are truly cared for by all the staff. The medically assisted detox helps you get a great jump start on your recovery and the nursing staff make sure you are as comfortable as you can be. 10/10 recommend.

there with good intentions they said I wouldn't have my phone for a few days and it turned out to be the whole time they where worried I might bring drugs in and steal their clients which I did neither Lastly I got random the last day and passed the drug (someone brought weed on property they didn't find out who and did not drug test the whole facility while searching my room they found nothing )the tech said I could be bad energy attracted nothing but "bad women " but when I asked to leave twice they didn't want to let me leave until I dialed 911 was forced to leave without my birth certificate , James , Hailey, Abraham , Loren , Jessica,Taylor , Kj Are The Good Techs right now but Id Question The Counselor Eric Violating Privacy When You Are With The Nurse Practitioner Suggesting And Forcing me To Take Depokote , Respiradel And Effoxer Because I Lost my temper when I was getting bullied by fellow clients , All the counselors except him especially Jane, Jude, Glenda ,Courtney are great people but they have a lot of wickedness going inside they put my roommate in medicine and he hasn't been able to have a valve movements in days I suggest them to tell clients side effects before they prescribed them Id Question Dahn the Nurse Practitioner. Other than that the nurses Jessica , Ms Teya , Brianna , Keisha , Minas , Sky , Kim , Kadesha Are A Wonderful Team , But They Have To Go With What Dahn Says Which She Doesn't Believe A Client When They Tell her The Medications Are Not Needed due to a wrong evaluation.

This place is phenomenal. Everyone is super nice, cheerful, and accommodating. The food is absolutely outstanding. The chef and sous chef kill it in the kitchen with delicious meals to look forward to every day. I couldn't be more grateful for the kindness and friendliness of the staff here. It's a resort experience with counselors that have personal experience with addiction and can truly relate to the experiences that you may be going through. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who may need help.

Mallard Lake Recovery gets an easy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for, and that never changed. The staff, therapists, techs, and even the kitchen team all play a part in making this place feel safe, supportive, and surprisingly comfortable for being treatment. Food & Chef Gregory Chef Gregory and the food are absolutely amazing. There are so many options to choose from, including healthy choices and real respect for individual dietary needs. He’s not just a chef — he’s someone you can talk to, and he actually listens. The love and care he puts into the meals makes a huge difference in day-to-day morale. Dr. Jayne Payne I am so grateful to have been in Dr. Jayne Payne’s groups. She is truly something special — insightful, compassionate, and sharp. It’s not an exaggeration to say she works miracles. Her groups helped me see patterns I’d been stuck in for years and gave me tools to begin changing them. Counselors All four of the counselors here are incredible. It doesn’t matter who you’re officially assigned to — each one of them touches every client in some way. They all have an open-door policy and are genuinely eager to lend a hand or an ear. You never feel like “just another case” to them. Staff & Techs And the staff and techs! Yes, they keep clients in line and hold boundaries, but they do it with a sense of warmth and hospitality that honestly reminds me of the Ritz-Carlton. They learn your name, your quirks, and your story, and they treat you with dignity while still keeping everyone safe. Mallard Lake gave me structure, support, and hope at a time when I really needed all three. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. If you’re considering treatment, I would highly recommend Mallard Lake.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Mallard Treatment Center. I was at a point where I had given up and exhausted all my options for getting help, but when I called Mallard, I was lucky enough that the owner himself answered the phone. He personally made sure I got the help I needed, and within two days, I was flying out to begin my journey of recovery. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was there for 45 days, and I can genuinely say I was sad to leave. Not only did I get the treatment I desperately needed, but I was also blown away by the entire experience. The meals were amazing, and having a private chef was a definite perk! But what truly made Mallard special was the staff. From the counselors to the techs, and especially Nurse Practitioner Emmanuel—who is nothing short of amazing—everyone was so caring and committed to my recovery. The real magic, though, was in the relationships I formed with my peers. We became a family, and to this day, I still miss them all. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so seen, heard, and supported. If you’re thinking about getting help, do not hesitate to reach out to Mallard. I only wish I had made the call sooner, but I’m so grateful I did. They saved my life, and I will be forever thankful for the team at Mallard. They’re kind, compassionate, and always willing to listen and help. It is clear they really care about helping people through one of the hardest parts of their lives. The counselors are outstanding, professional, understanding, and able to connect on a personal level. They don’t just teach coping tools; they also explain the science (the why) underpinning addiction, which really helped me understand what I was going through and how to fight it. The nursing staff and Mr. Emmanuel are also amazing. They’re thorough, caring, and always make sure you’re comfortable and supported, both physically and emotionally. And the food is excellent, seriously. From steak night to the awesome desserts, it’s clear they put real effort into making meals something to look forward to. Mallard Lake isn’t just a detox center; it’s a place filled with people who truly care and want to see you succeed. I’m beyond grateful for my experience there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to begin their recovery journey.
