please take note that this place and Atlanta Suboxone Doctor are the same office. There is a reason why both have very low Google scores to begin with. I encourage people to consider those scores and reviews before going in to be seen. You will find no compassion or understanding here. I just spent four unfortunate hours here with a friend in desperate need of help and they turned her away. They claimed the medication she is addicted to isn’t addictive even though it is a pain med schedule III and she has needed Narcan twice for accidental ODs on it. Neither doctor, including the head clinician Claudia, listened to her at all and didn’t read any of the 700 pages of paperwork she filled out or explanations of her history before they spoke with her. They didn't ask her with compassion WHY she was agitated and scared and crying (because she was in withdrawals and has an addiction that has very nearly cost her life and she wants help, duh!). All she got here were ego and pointless credentials thrown in her face. My friend finally tried to just get up and leave because the situation needed to be defused; as she was doing so Claudia egged her on and accused her of not wanting help. It was horrible and nauseating to hear and witness. My friend was crying, very embarrassed and ashamed after this visit. Claudia needs to go back to school and relearn how to be a human being. They charged her $300 to be seen before they even discussed one iota of her case; didn't even ask the substance beforehand. We got it reversed but we know not everyone has such resources (i.e. due to paying cash). But New Day has no business making free money off vulnerable people. That’s just disgusting. New Day, you are dealing with people with addiction and mental health issues and they deserve respect. Of course they are upset and scared. They want their lives back. Not your ego. Eta: Surprise! Several new 5 star reviews have appeared under New Day since I posted my review. Wouldn't it just be easier to provide a good service than try to cover up a bad one? It's very important to know that a clinic is taking your money and employing staff who pick on patients in order to feel better about themselves. This community needs to know the truth about businesses like New Day. They have preyed on vulnerable people long enough.
They are great they just need to accept medical insurance for both medicine
The doctor is great, however they cannot keep good counselors. There have been a few that are ok but there are a few that try to jump in after you have already seen another just to criticize you for stuff they have no clue about.
This facility has been absolutely amazing for me and my husband. We’ve been going to New Day Treatment Center for almost 10 years. The building is just as beautiful as the people in it. They make you feel welcomed and don’t judge. They have great resources, you just need to ask. Thank you NDTC! I highly recommend!
A great place for recovery!
I really enjoy the New Day Treatment Center experience. The staff is very helpful and supportive. I always get the help that I need with anything I am in need of. I LOVE the staff. Ms. Farrah is a Godsend. She and all the staff are exactly what I have prayed for. I recommend that anyone looking for recovery will try New Day . I highly recommend New Day Treatment Center
I have had an great experience with the staff here, they are like family to me, even my dog, she’s an emotional support dog is welcome
By the looks of some reviews they paint this business to be negative and horrible but I guess it all comes down to someone’s personal experience. So far I’ve been attending for 2 years and I have loved every single part of it. My counselor is very supportive in every way, I appreciate the resources they have provided for me and my family. Not every place will have everything. This location does have its flaws, like during heavy storms I’ve noticed the power goes out or they have technical difficulties which I guess is unfortunate but also I mean look at where the clinic is located if you’re looking for something better and lavish this is not the clinic for you but for me with my income it works out. The staff is very nice, if you’re ever running late I strongly suggest to call the clinic and let them know. If you are ever in need of peer support they started hosting group and the other patients seem attending are very welcoming. I like when the CEO or the clinical directors bring things in for us like donuts and coffee. If you get to know them you’ll realize they are trying to help but also enforce the policy which is understandable it’s a business at the end of the day.
