I love Nuway house 2. Those blond haired ladies are the best. Shout out to Laynee and Gabby who rock.

Nuway House 2 was decent and provided good groups and information and much appreciated. The only complaint is why there is a man hating tech named KJ working there when she lacks empathy, awareness, kindness, and so much more that would take some time to make a complaint about. KJ should not be working with men if she hates them. The program director was great as well and the 2 primary counselors were awesome.

Nu Way has truly changed my life. When I first arrived at Nu Way, I didn’t know what to expect, and to be honest, I didn’t think I would surpass a week.Then I met the staff, and everything changed, and I feel that is the most important concept of treatment: the people around you and the staff that you are trusting with an essential part of your life.With that being said, I want to say “THANK YOU,” Nu Way, not just for being a great treatment program but a “LIFE” saving organization. You all saved my life and gave me the tools to fix my broken ways. 💯💯💯

Staff is more about shaming clients then helping them. Bob was cool.

I love this place I can’t stand the staff, I just completed 90 days there. On My day of completion I had to wait around at the house until 3pm for the Uber to the next place. As soon as I was officially not a client anymore they showed their true colors as they were all being very short with me and treated me pretty nasty. I felt very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sit inside the warm house and wait I was told by the director I had to go sit in the freezing cold front porch. I needed my discharge papers to fax them over to Hennepin county to start my benefits back up. I had asked the director and he refused to give them to me for whatever reason. Anyway I’m just proud of myself for being strong enough to deal with nasty people like this for 90 days. I don’t recommend this place. :) btw I only liked Bob he’s a tech and he made my stay a lot more easy for me, Bob is a real one. ❤️

The counselors are good. Management is poor.

Gave my property away to another person.

My son was blamed for having drugs in his room. They didn't take into consideration he has a roommate. He asked to be tested and they refused to test him or the roommate. Unfair is an understatement. Hire professionals that care about people.
