It’s a money racket. They enable people to stay hooked. Instead of recommending treatments that may help people beat this addiction they just go up in the the dosage of methadone. It’s the only facility I know of that continually goes UP in their methadone instead of down. Please seek a true treatment facility. Day mark, Arca, Guilford County Mental Health can help. Not this place.

This place saved my life. I couldn’t get out of bed without using. Thanks for taking me out of the daily misery I felt stuck in.

I have been going to several different m.a.t. treatment places over the past ten years or so and had alot of different counselors at these clinics, but never have I had a counselor like the one at Greensboro New Season's, in the past they were all the same paper work pushers having you sign stuff quickly and go on your way. They gotta go through alot red tape, to make this happen. They are not really counselors at these places, but at this particular new season's I met a counselor named Mrs. Lisa. I can't think of her last name cause that's how everyone refers to her but mrs.lisa was a real counselor she asks questions then has questions about those questions she really cares she remembers you and what your talking about at first I didn't know how to take it like this lady sure is nosy, but she began to counsel me and help me with my marriage my kids my job and my family as a whole.She is a really caring person and changed the whole dynamics of my household she really doesn't know how much she has helped. I may have to relocate soon to another clinic and I am gonna miss this place. Hands down best clinic I have ever been to and I been to quite a few. If you need help give getting off opiods give methadone a try it changed my life for the better most definitely. GO- check out Greensboro New Season's they got alot of good people up there. SAVE YOUR LIFE.

Where do I even begin… A little over a year ago I decided I couldn’t go on anymore, and needed to change. My life sucked, my relationships were destroyed, always broke, and I was heavily addicted to fentanyl. Walking through those doors felt impossible, but it wasn’t, and I did it! Now I’m sober, healthy, rebuilding and eternally grateful to everyone that dedicates their life to helping others. Great! Great! Great treatment center! I was fighting 5 years of addiction. I started this journey 12/13/2024. And 7months later I have been 5 months completely sober and clean! I feel amazing and the best I've felt in years. The staff here take time to listen and give you to keep the best treatment plan possible for your health.

Ms Drew is my counselor she is wonderful, I really appreciate how when we have our sessions I feel comfortable and I don’t feel like she will judge me or look at me differently based off what I tell her about what going on with my life while on the journey of being sober. Ms Drew gives me feedback and she actually listens to what I speak to her about. Lisa is a great woman too always smiling and saying good morning and you can tell she cares about the people who walk through that door. I really got to meet Ms Lisa during my first induction video call and she made it very comfortable and easy to get through , by being her kind , easy going , and well spoken self. Everything she explained to me was understood and if I had any questions it was no problem. Everyone else at the clinic are awesome!! The people who work there and the clients.

The people That helped me with my recovery while being here Was a great asset. Miss lisa the head coordinator Was always checking in with me everyday To make sure I was doing okay if I didn't show up that Day she was calling me to make sure I was ok. The Doctor's Was fantastic It was always making sure I was at a stable dose. I only went here For about a year While my clinic closest to my house was closed down They always make Me feel Like i mattered. God bless them.
