I had seen two therapists in the span of six months before meeting Olatunde, and it didn’t take long to realize when a therapist wasn’t the right fit for me. After just my first session with Olatunde, I knew he was sent to me for a reason. It felt like no coincidence that his schedule opened up in just one month, especially after being told I would have to wait six months. His wisdom is truly priceless. In a short amount of time, my way of thinking has transformed thanks to the tools he has shared with me through therapy. I’m now walking in truth, and I will forever be grateful to him. A true God send.

After years of having awful experiences with therapists, I was feeling defeated. When I finally built up the courage to find a new therapist, I came across One-Eighty and when reading through the bios for therapists, Sydney stood out to me immediately. I haven’t felt so heard, supported, guided, safe, pushed, and listened to by a therapist in over a decade… until Sydney. She might be an intro level therapist, but she is one of the smartest and intentional human beings I’ve ever encountered. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Also, One-Eighty is the most efficient practice I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

I was looking forward to connecting with this group after a recommendation. But I was unable to make an appointment. I filled out the online contact form, called several times and left messages. The voice message from the appointment coordinator says they’ll call back within 48 hours. But it’s now been 2 weeks and I still haven’t been able to get a response. So upsetting.

She is an outstanding therapist. She is very kind and understanding and really works hard to help her clients. I look forward to each session. I plan to stay with Peggy and One-Eighty as long as possible. 😊
