The staff are toxic and gossip a LOT, they also will retaliate against you if you voice out criticism, or change your perception about them, but they do the SAME thing and want to do it without your knowledge.
They have hidden cameras installed in the building, but also in the rooms, (Which they aren't supposed to do) BUT while I can understand that, because clients there can just lie if they did something and they can just check footages, it just weirded me out when I was the one constantly being monitored the most, however. I'm 19 years old and barely even fully developed.
I was mistaken for a trans person, called they/them, and I'm not apart of whatever with the LGBTQ and I was gossiped about, I look weird and tall, but I'm a female and they can literally just look at that on my records, but decide to keep pushing false narratives.
This facility will be reported and my mother is attesting to this. I will not be moving on from the way I was treated, because these are GROWN ADULTS , acting my age. Gossiping and trying to sabotage people who threaten their ego.
They tried to get me arrested when I had nowhere else to go that was safe for a 19 year old. They didn't do or give ANY discharge papers, or make discharge plans, they just were like "Oh, you haven't gone to groups, we can't get our money now goodbye no exceptions" They kept forcing everything because they were biased, and probably listened in on everything I've said when I was around their hidden cameras which
As soon as I started school, because it's helpful for me and my life goals, I couldn't attend to all of the the groups at Nancy Page, and they kept bothering me about it as SOON as I would get back, it was ANNOYING and made them seem desperate They got upset about me not going to groups when I WAS GOING TO SCHOOL and wasn't going to stay there long anyway, I had weeks to days left, they didn't communicate anything properly with the CADI Waiver stuff or whatever, because they had their egos hurt and wanted to regain control.
They want their money, they do NOT care about you and see you as a source of income. And when you find that out, they will try to ruin your life. They didn't give me any discharge papers, nothing was properly put in place, they are unethical and biased.
