Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I went here for over 7 years. I hated it at first, was bounced around from one doctor to another doctor and then another, all in the first 6 months! When I got to the fourth one and was so fed up I started crying while I was explaining it (my mental health was at an all time low at that point), she very calmly looked at me and said it’s ok, you’ll only see me from now on. She quite literally saved my life over the years. She was kind and compassionate and attentive. She not only got me on the correct medication but offered me counseling, and when she realized I wasn’t comfortable with anyone else she did my counseling. I feel terrible seeing these reviews of people that had such bad experiences but I can only agree that yes, that was exactly how I felt the first 6 months there! Then I had the luck of being seen by Dr. Hernandez and that all changed. She truly is one of the sweetest human beings. Them closing the therapy part of recovery resources and stopping it this month is horrible, I hope I end back up with Dr. Hernandez because I have no desire to be seen by anyone but her. I really do hope MetroHealth brings her in! She would be an asset to any place she is working!
Absolutely awful place for a recovering addict. Impossible to get appointments in a timely matter, or when you do have an appointment via zoom you don't hear anything for weeks. No one answers the phone. None of them should be doing this type of work since it's obvious none of them give a damn
I’ve been going to recovery resources now for about a year now I haven’t had any issues with getting my medication or reaching my doctors or the doctors assistant there hands down the best front desk women I’ve ever dealt with through my recovery the only issue I have had is with the doctors changing and not informing me about the change until i get there and they have me with a new doctor
I took my cousin her for appt. Sat in the waiting room at listen to all the people waiting to see a counselor and as they were waiting, they are there to receive Narcotic drugs and then they sell them as they state. I thought the government was going to watch this. And yes, it's true because they're again. My cousin got all of her drugs that the Cleveland clinic took her off, and this Facility put her back on these narcotic drugs again.

Horrible place with incompetent case workers and staff who could not care less. I was homeless and in need of assistance when I reached out to these people. I clarified numerous times during my assessment that I needed case management services and needed housing ASAP. I waited for entire MONTHS and nobody EVER contacted me despite someone informing me that a manager would be reaching out to me soon. I am now housed due to CMHA and thankfully doing better, through no thanks to the heartless people working here. Stay far away! Especially if you are homeless and seeking immediate help.
Recovery resources are a great place for people triumphing over mental health and chemical dependancy with extravagant employees. That go over and above beyond standards with there clients needs I very been with the center 15 yrs and there services for mental illness and addictions are awsome
Sobriety is hard enough. I thought recovery resources is a safe place to work on sobriety . I found out that’s not the case at all. Number one is I was approached many times by other patients to buy drugs. That puts the patients who r really working the program at risk for a relapse. Also the police were always there for patients that created unsafe situations there, for example my last day there I had to b escorted out the back door by my teacher cuz a patient was acting out in a threatening way. I was also denied a case worker apparently I was not qualified for one which is bull cuz according to my assessment I am not bipolar lol meanwhile I have been diagnosed with bipolar for years. The communication with administration never happens it’s always a voicemail U get.
