Robert W Dail Memorial Treatment Center

This place is has one major problem, an 80 something year old woman named Anita! Not that they don't have a councilor, even though there supposed to. My husband has been coming for over 10 YEARS. When he does manage to jump through enough hoops to pickup and not come everyday it doesn't last long before Anita will find a reason to make him start coming back EVERYDAY, this time because the writing on the label was rubbed off on the bottle when he come in for a call back, all the medicine was there, just the label was faded. Labels they printed and put on the bottle faded off because there cheaply made, but that's his fault. This woman has ridiculously looked in his mouth after he took his medicine. We've literally never seen anyone but him have to do this, and only Anita wants to. She has made him sit in the waiting room after he's taken it for up to 20 minutes. After this amount of time the other place doesn't have people coming back EVERYDAY but my husband has to, after ten years. The only reason people, including my husband use this place is to get off of drugs. The drugs my husband was addicted to were pills doctors gave him. He's not even on Methadone, he takes Burenorphine, He's always worked a bluecollar job, has never been arrested for anything but this old woman has implied numerous times that she must think he's a drug dealer. If course they took his payment for the coming week before telling him he was back to coming everyday. Anita is the only one there that has ever been rude but just one bitter person will ruin the reputation of the entire clinic. Anyone reading this thinking about coming, if you can go somewhere else, Especially if you're a man.

Jane is amazing and welcoming and so is Heather. They always remember me and ask about my children, they even offer to watch my infant when I have to bring him for a minute or 2 while I dose. It’s just a small help that makes being a single mom and bringing him to the clinic a little less stressful. (I only come 2 times a month) but nonetheless they do everything they can to help, like every business it is a money making business though so there isn’t charity, you have to follow the rules and expectations and as long as you go by that you’re in & out.

Place changed my life!

I want to start off by saying Dail Memorial really saved my life! I was not in a great place mentally and was wanting a change. I was referred to Dail Memorial Treatment Center by the VA and I got to say it's one of the best things the VA has ever done for a veteran like me. All the counseling staff, Nurses and support staff are an amazing group of people. They give you no judgment treatment. I can't leave a review without mentioning my Counselor Rebecca, She is without a doubt the most easiest person to talk to. She remembers everyone and everything about her patients. She is sweet and kind but do not mistake her kindness and sweetness as a push over because she is good at her job and she will find out if you are not doing what you are suppose to. She is easy to come to if you make a mistake and she as well as the other counseling staff don't judge you for it they help you pick your self back up and try again. I have been on the straight and narrow for almost two years now and while a big part of that is on me the biggest part to my success is my amazing counselor and a group of great people at Dail Memorial. I have had my share of bumps on the road to recovery but the staff at Dail Memorial help you level the road out again and pave a new path to success.

I love this place before i found it i thought that my life was over then i found this place because of them i got my life back i would give them 100 of 🌟 if i could they are amazing they saved my husband to be cause of them we are here an making a difference every day

Amazing staff. Been a patient here for going on 6 years and they're never pushy and always doing everything they can to help patients. Aaron and Tasha and Ms. Sara especially are a crucial piece to this amazing staff. Would recommend over and over again to anyone struggling with addiction and emotional issues.
