This place has really been supportive of my goals and path to getting well. They've worked with my schedule of my other treatments outside of this facility, and they're more worried about me getting the help I need than being solely focused on how much they can bill for me. It's rare and very refreshing to encounter another organization with such unconditional love. Some really great staff here. Andrew - I appreciate your comedic approach and outlook on life. I resonate with it more than any other counselor I've had. You know your material and how to implement change. You're a cool dude. Carla - Beautiful heart that will help you in any way she can. Always has a spunky spirit and is a genuinely warm hearted person. Very kind lady and very passionate and consistent. Bill - You've made a huge impact on my mental health and well being. Very supportive and dependable. You're fantastic at what you do, and you do a lot for all of us. Kenny - I appreciate all the resources you've shared with me. I admire how professional, prompt, communicative, and dedicated you are to what you do. Heather - Very understanding and has a pure heart. She will do anything in her power to help you. She's been very supportive from day 1 for me and has a really good spirit.

Excellent Staff that support your rehabilitation, Housing is excellent. Housing management is top notch, they support your recovery process by attending to the majority of problems associated with sober living. Excellent transportation and even help getting to meetings and medical treatment services.

I've unfortunately/fortunately had the opportunity to "visit" several TX centers in my battle with addiction and this is the first time I've ever even considered writing a review. I am a strong believer that a community like this only work's when the people who run it are of integrity and full of compassion because all of those habits (good or bad) will inevitably spill onto the staff and community as a whole. Everyone I've worked with from clinical director Michelle and my 1 on 1 Thomas, especially the housing coordinator Eric. They have all spent a great deal of time checking in on me and trying to teach me a better way of life. It's still a struggle but I am grateful to the entire staff for your help.

To Darel Jackson, Christopher Onyett, and all the case managers—you go above and beyond to make sure clients get what they need, and you do it with humility, patience, and love. To John Page and Kenneth Jones, incredible therapists whose words, guidance, and presence help rebuild lives from the inside out. To Lindsey Miles, who greets every new client with warmth, understanding, and unwavering support. To the peer support team, who lead by example and show every day that recovery is possible, real, and worth fighting for. To the housing management, who maintain structure, accountability, and safety for everyone. To the front desk staff and the transportation drivers, always in good spirits and ready to help—your kindness and consistency make this place run smoothly. To project management, always available, always respectful, always ready to make sure clients are heard and supported. As Thanksgiving approaches, I want every member of this team to know how deeply grateful i am. You lift up not only the recovering addicts but also their families, reminding them that healing is possible and brighter days are ahead. I absolutely could not be happier with the help and housing I'm receiving here at Robin Recovery. You really feel seen and like your voice matters. Refreshing to see a staff that truly cares. Special shout-outs to my group facilitator Andrew for keeping an invigorating and inviting pace, my councilor Julie for going above and beyond the call of duty, and Eric from housing who always comes with a realness and on even footing with you. If you need help, you just found it!

Case management is non existent, housing is a bad environment. Various HIPPA violations. And they lie about things. Not enough staff. Laura and Kenny are great. Their case management was not helpful at all.

I got here in July and my life has gotten better each day. Not easier but better. Julie, Eric, Andrew, Bob, and all the staff have been very helpful and have given me good advice. I'm thankful I'm a client here.

I am currently accepted back to warming faces and souls. They really care about us being successful. They have great treatment and housing is nice. The food could be a little more in houses. I know Eric the house manager is very on top of helping with any issues and In a timely manner of any problems are addressed to him. I'm just grateful to be back and given a chance to show how I have grown in the time I was gone till now. The tools I learned last time helped me to stay clean for almost a year. I hope to gain more skills to make a successful life thank you all at robin for the help.
