Good place if your really going through something and need someone who will not only listen but be there as well thetas hard to find no a days

This place is seriously awful. Even if you’re told to go here, find somewhere else. It’s a money pit and they keep you there longer than you need to go so that they keep getting money from you. They give you the constant run around and they are so unorganized and constantly have counselors changing and the woman in charge does nothing to help if you contact her. It’s a mess, and they drain your pockets. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and ignorant. Steer clear…you will regret going here BIG TIME.

You'll get out what you put in. Counsellors and staff are nice, but there is an element of incompetence. I had 2 counselors seemingly drag their feet when the time came for me to step down and complete the programming. Often called to remind me of an appointment I didn't have. Scheduling practice needs work. Still, a worthwhile experience.

They tell you it's a 12 week program then you get stuck for a year. There's no order there they give you a new counselor every other week and you aren't able to get any therapy out of it cause they just switch you all over the place and don't let anyone else know then it's on you to figure it out. Nobody answers the phone and nobody gives you answers just shut your mouth and keep coming back or you don't finish. I've been there almost a year now and I still don't know when I'm done. Overall a horrible place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that actually needs help they are just in it for the money.

I came here at 17, and it was genuinely the worst experience. After my 11th week of the four-week program, the stress and drama had caught up to me, and I met with my “counselor” to let her know I would be leaving. She promised me a referral; however, I reached out four times and got no response. One of the counselors told me (at 17) that if the grown woman I was helping with money overdosed and died, she wouldn’t want that to be on me.They claim they have adolescent groups, but they don’t. The counselors are wildly immature, unqualified, unprofessional, and gossip about each other and the clients in front of other clients. Guaranteed, you’ll be there longer than they tell you—they’ll always find a reason to keep you because that’s how they make their money. They’re accepting new clients, yet they can’t even manage the ones they already have. The positives are: the program will keep you accountable with daily drug tests, and most of the clients are pretty cool. Group therapy was just us popcorn reading a packet every day. I ended up leaving for Caron Outpatient and had a phenomenal experience with a professional and empathetic counselor. There was a lot of hypocrisy as well—for example, my counselor would grill me for missed sessions even though she’d miss just as many. I'm writing this because I wish someone had warned me and saved me the stress I highly do not recommend coming here voluntarily there are much better programs in the area. Majority of the clients here are externally motivated and don't want to be there which is understandable given the circumstances.

P&HH Center City is a very caring and passionate location counselor are great and Tiania is very dedicated to us all.

Counselors are great and professional but scheduler/front desk lady Tiana discourages you to even set up times to help you. Very rude and judgmental. Has a “ it’s your problem “ personality.
