In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.

Billing is a nightmare. It's always has been. They're telling me I didn't pay for a session. I paid for a former session and present one together. The whole payment does not match my copay, meaning they entered it wrong and should've entered separate receipts. I've been told that my prescriber can't see me till I'm paid? Even though I'm paid? I do like my prescriber though. This problem is theirs to fix. I've called several times.

The mental health professionals here are wonderful. Whoever works the phones should get a new job. I am a current patient and the amount of distress dealing with the unresponsive front desk staff is not worth it, I will be looking for a new practice soon. They never answer the phone. They never promptly call you back UNLESS it's to get that copay!

Me and my son have been patients of Letitia’s going on over 4 years now. She helped us with his behavior when we’d been turned away at every other doctor/hospital. She stepped up and has remained a caring, helpful, kind and dedicated practitioner since day 1. But her front desk staff- ehhhh

I have had the pleasure of having the same doctor at this facility for 15 years. One of the best offices around Delaware.

Forever grateful for my experience so far at Delaware Behavioral Health. Letitia Wood is incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated and caring for her clients and I would not be where I am today without her expertise!

It would be within your business’s best interests if you did not explicitly advertise a staff of psychiatric nurse practitioners with the ability to be “[…] able to evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions” on your business site if your receptionist is going to tell prospective patients you “don’t offer those services.”

We all need help at some point in our life and being able to ask for it is the first step in getting better. When that time came for me I asked for help from Delaware Behavioral Health and their staff was there for me. Everyone I have ever interacted with was always polite to me, treated me with compassion, and of course discretion for those that are afraid of the stigma associated with counseling and therapy. From the initial all through to the time that you are ready to move on from Therapy the staff at Behavioral Health will be an asset. One thing a lot of people complain about is that they do not always answer the phone when you call, but if you leave a message they will call you back in a timely manner. Truly the first step in getting help is asking for it and there is no shame in doing that and the staff at Delaware Behavioral Health will be there for you. And if you are having a life or death emergency then dial 911.
