Went in 2018. Tom was uninterested in listening, had his own narrative to dictate. Check-in knew zip about my appointments, every single time. Will not return.

Went here for years, Kylie Lowe decided she didnt want to see me anymore because she forced me to do EMDR and I had a bad reaction and was Scared to do it again, she got mad and refused to see me anymore. Also Lutheran got rid of ALL of my records, only a year after I stopped going there. Terrible place.

Can't hold up to their appointments, cancel them last minute and then won't refill your meds without appointments. Let alone the rude staff and nurses. Genoa pharmacy is great though.

My experience at LFS has been nothing but Excellent. I've been going there for more than 10 years. EMDR Therapy has been a tremendous help with my PTSD, Anxiety and has given me Coping Skills to recognize & deal with my triggers. You have to be ALL IN IT for your own healing. If you are an adult in need of care don’t waste your time with this facility. You need an evaluation to start receiving care, but the evaluation is walk in only. When I called to ask if there was anything that I could do to schedule an appointment I was told no. I have a 1 daughter with a severe TBI that has all sorts of therapy/hospital appointments, another daughter that is reviving therapy for behavioral issues and a 9 month old son. I can’t sit around all day hoping to be seen by a professional. Least professional mental health office I have EVER felt with after receiving mental healthcare off and on for over 2 decades!
