ARS of Ephrata

The providers and staff are great! They go out of their way to provide exceptional care! And the transportation is outrageous! Also the new director actually is awesome and aproacable! Brittany ,Patty and Storm are exceptional.! Keep up the good work!

Been going here for a long time and I think overall the staff is pretty good . The time is a good pace for the most part

This place has went above and beyond for me including Sara, Brittany,Storm PA, Karlie,All the counselors and nurses involved. I care about all of you a great deal and I Love You all! Keep up the good work and stay safe through the upcoming blizzard;

I had this place all wrong myself and ALL. the other customers think the place would be a lot better with a different boss that old lady is rude loud and yells at the staff in front of customers she must be the owners wife because it’ is shameful the other workers there are great the front desk lady the cuounselors my favorite is the black lady she makes everybody coffee she makes us all feel important like we matter to her she is soooo funny but she don’t play!

Good people who actually care about you. From the front desk to the nurses desk always professional and open minded.

Aisha is an amazing person with an amazing heart she helped me threw the toughest times when I was without! Aisha is one of my best friends and I feel like no matter what she would fight for me if you need help or your struggling with anything Aisha will help you! She cares! She's been where you've been and she can compare to where you've been in your life! She has been fighting for me since the first day we met! Thank you Aisha I thank God for you you helped save my life!

I love this place more then the Ars of lancaster and the ephata clinic has shown me compassion and love and I love my new counselor iesha she helped me ALR with transportation and she treats me like a human being and lancaster didn't I. can talk to her abt Everything and anything. 💯

Ayeshea had not been with her very long at all but feels like it and she most definitely will go up and beyound to help you with things especially if she knows/sees you serious about helping yourself in any situations. I have been in therapy my whole life ever did I only have 1 that I was able to fully trust and fully confine in when they were no longer available I thought for sure being fully open was out of the question again but thankfully Ayeshea has most definitely givin me the comfortable and trusting environment and that I can confine in her with and for anything. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to have/get an amazing real counsler and that don't just hear you brush you off and of I know how you feel ect when really they dont....
