I told admissions to call me if my brother left the property, he AMA'd. They said they would, and didnt, must not have called his emergency contact, at least if they did, then they did not leave a message. My brother ended up walking 2 hours and 17 minutes in below freezing weather after midnight. Do not go here, they do not care about you at all. Sadly.

From the admissions supervisor (Gigi) to the doctors, techs and therapists, they were terrific and i find it difficult to find the words for giving me my son back! Thank You!!! There is not one negative i can say about this facility.

I would give it zero stars if I could. This place treated the people terrible. They were starving them. If they forgot someone’s meal, they would tell you they couldn’t get another meal! It looks real nice from the outside but the people were neglected and when you try to speak up you get yelled at. They are given dirty rooms and linens. There is no respect for the dignity of these people. Don’t ever go here. An older man fell and was seriously hurt because they were just trying to make $ off a body being there.

Awful facility! I had to go to the hospital as soon as I got there. I ended up not returning. I went to pick up my stuff and everything I own was gone. Security stole my belongings. I’ve heard stories of this happening to other people.

This place neglects the patient!!! My mom was hospitalized 2 times because they did not administer all of her meds. When she came home she had unopened pill bottles and they never got her lan worked done that her doctor ordered. When she arrived to my house she was vomiting. And they lost her brand new clothes with tags on them. Do not go here.!!! They need to be sued!!!.

Miss yunae the so-called therapist and counselor sits in her office all day on her cell phone nothing gets done I was there for 20 days believe me I know this for a fact and I feel bad for the other guy sitting there that have her as a counselor so I suggest you hire some new counselors ASAP

I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. This facility shows a complete lack of care for the well-being of its patients. The building is filthy, unsafe, and unsanitary, and the staff are uneducated, poorly trained, and completely disengaged. After sending a loved one here directly from a hospital—sober, clean, and stable—he was returned to the hospital testing positive for illicit substances after only being in this facility’s direct care. There are clearly drugs circulating inside, and the staff and administration refuse to take accountability. To make matters worse, upon his discharge back from the hospital, the facility denied his return, citing vague “family concerns.” That phrase is nothing more than a way to avoid accountability for their failures and to protect themselves instead of the vulnerable individuals seeking help. The staff rarely answer or return calls, and when concerns are raised, they hide behind “consent form” excuses while making no actual effort to obtain those forms or communicate updates. The Chief Legal Officer is more focused on protecting the business than protecting patients, offering no real solutions while individuals in need of safety, stability, and rehabilitation continue to suffer. This facility is unethical, unprofessional, and dangerous. It is failing the very people it claims to help. I would strongly advise families to look elsewhere for care.
