Very hard to deal with. Avoid dealing with them unless you have to, just my personal experience. They made my process take much longer. They gave me several referrals to the wrong place, I don’t recommend. This was for an out of state DUI program, other people have had the same problem.

Workers are decent, I go once a month that's enough for me. But will keep you sober if you put in the work.

What is the point of having a phone number if it won’t be used… can’t wait to be done with this state mandated shitty service all a money grab. No one actually wants to help.

Its a good place to go to stay clean, workers are all nice. I recommend going. Go Trump 11/21/25. ☆

This place is highly unprofessional, to say the least. I’ve now paid twice to set up an evaluation through Zoom for DUI classes, and they failed to join both times. They don’t answer their phones, and the payment is non-refundable—even though the issue is entirely on their end. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid wasting your time and money.

Got an out of state DUI they took my referral fee no problem and now that I’m almost done the class, I can’t get ahold of these people to submit the paperwork I need for my license. I’ve emailed them multiple times I’ve called the phone off the hook daily and can’t get an answer. This is absolutely crazy and the fact you HAVE to go through these people to satisfy Delaware should be a crime. Something needs to be done about this.

Terribly run company. Weeks to be initially screened $150 paid up front. After screening 1 month still no contact from company left several messages with my info and no return call, email, text, or smoke signal. Another efficient company needs to take over pleas.

All I’m going to say is GET RID OF THE RECEPTIONIST ASAP!!! She should not be in the field for helping people because obviously SHE DOES NOT CARE and also not that informative.
