In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.

Many wonderful people working here. From Express care to primary care and all the way up to dental and whole health. Very knowledgeable staff. And the volunteers are exceptional. Always there and quick to help. Marty is very quick to grab a wheel chair if needed and Greg was so meticulous with the rugs and chairs making sure everything h was straight.

Awful place to go, who the heck yells at 2 very young kids and bans them just because they broke a vase. Don't put breakable where kids or even adults can accidentally knock it over and then yell at them for it. Completely unprofessional
