This place sucks and the people there suck!! At that point you should go somewhere else. Plus they clearly don’t know how to do their job..DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE REALLY REALLY SLOW!!

Please Do Not Go To This place! They are the most unprofessional office I have ever met in my life. I have been trying to speak to a manager, or advocate, and manager. I have been getting voicemail every time. All they do is send you to a voicemail and give you the runaround, very sketchy. I have been trying to talk a supervisor to report an incident that happened at the their establishment. The people at the reception area do not have clue. They are they are the worst, especially not scheduling your appointments. They will not give me the name or email. My counselor started talking about Trump and not liking Obama and how he was horrible. The entire clinic is HORRIBLE! I do not want a counselor that is judging me, (I am black) other black patients. The nurse at the clinic is hateful and does not call you back. When I had an appointment with her, she left me sitting in the lobby. The Dr. there will not answer emails. One of the nutty receptionist is no better. If there was 0 at the top, that is what they will get. The so called Patient Advocate will not return my call. It has been a month and counting. When you click on their so called website you can't get in it. The hand book that they gave me was from 2018. None of the URL's in that book work. Imagine that.

Hello, I was a patient of mental health start out real well. I thought my therapist was great until she started talking about politics and Donald Trump Obama, etc.. I’ve been calling at the facility trying to get the manager of the owner or whatever it is I’ve been trying to do that for about a month guess what she hasn’t called so every time I called this particular girl that has the same runaround They won’t give me any emails. They won’t give me her phone number. I don’t think she says, but she will get back to you. I mean she will. She’s good about that. Apparently she’s not good about that because it’s been a month so I’m not really sure why no one will come back or give me an email but what I do know is this is not a great place How long does it take for you to call somebody and there’s no information on the website oh, I’m gonna go on LinkedIn. I’m gonna put the same information on because I’m kind of over being pushed to the side. There’s no reason I can’t get a name or email or phone number for this person. It’s been said that she works at the Greenville clinic email or talk to you or call the Better Business Bureau. I’m gonna have to go to this clinic and if you do is mean Dr. never has returned my call or email so that’s not a place that I really wanna be that’s kind of a shame I really thought Deborah DeBrizzi was a different person who actually listens. I don’t know what her view is politics, but I don’t wanna be explained the hateful things that Donald Trump has got. And the bad things that she thinks Obama has done The worst thing about a mental clinic we don’t talk politics. And Dr. Desai return emails or phone numbers

I had an amazing therapist for over two years there who is no longer the company. She and I both have been trying to find me someone new. T h e nurse will see me and give me medicine that doesn't work. But no one will talk to me and I need help. They also say I owe money and I had insurance

This is literally the worst place to go if you actually need help with mental health treatment. Every time ive tried this facility for medication refills they refuse to help and are needlessly rude to me.

Place is over all good nice staff friendly environment. Only issue is with Debra more a nurse. At the clinic does not keep up with appointments and is to old for the job. SHE NEEDS TO RETIRE AND FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!!
