The nurses here always make me feel so welcome!! I always see Carla, Armitha and Annie and they are the absolute best!! They always make sure I’m comfortable and that my voice is heard. They go above and beyond for their patients!!

Dr Brank & his nurses are SO kind, patient & sharp. Don't know how many nurses, Dr Brank has the two I always see are the Best. Everyone is so kind. Best medical clinic I've ever been too!

Unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. Poor communication. The exact opposite of what I would expect from a mental health clinic. Disappointing. Do not recommend.

It is sad that a true review can not be left here. I provided a review and it has not been posted due to the truth. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Some of the nursing staff are very unprofessional and have been reported to DHHS and the owner has not done anything to address the issues.

Dr Brank took the time to truly listen to me without hurrying me! He wanted to address all my fears and concerns and then began immediately attempting to solve what he could!! He expressed the importance of me which was greatly needed and appreciated!

Pine Lake Behavioral Health is a breath of *fresh* air. I came here at my lowest… after being passed around/neglected elsewhere… and from the day I came in, I knew they had my back. Thorough, caring, considerate, educated and organized. Everyone here is wonderful, from the front staff to the nurses and providers. Big shout-out to Armitha, Annie, Carla and Atlanta, who’ve always keep it real and keep things moving! Thank y’all always 💕 P.S.. it’s okay to cry! ☺️🥲

Pine Lake Behavioral Health is the best clinic I have ever been to. I've been to other clinics in the past and consulted with various psychiatrists, but none compare to the experience here. Jessica is the most outstanding psychiatrist I've ever had; she truly listens to your concerns and cares deeply about your wellbeing, offering the best care and treatment options available. I entirely recommend her!! The nurses at this facility are incredible as well! They create a comfortable atmosphere and treat you like family! Carla and Anne have been nothing short of amazing, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in to ensure their patients feel at ease every single time they come in for treatments. Thank you!
