Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.

This group is a blessing too our community. I absolutely love the staff. They are so supportive and stand by me when I need extra care. I am blessed to have them. Ms Sonja was the first face I saw and she has always supported me and that supported of Ms.Sonja, Tasha,Jennifer and Jacob have changed my life. I love me
Incredibly unprofessional disgusting and indifferent draconian people who bill your insurance and act like they are doing you a favor. I had a counselor tell me he doesn't care if I live or DIE. On my mothers soul no exaggeration. Allah as my witness.Christ as my witness. I'm a human being and in active recovery from opiates like fentanyl. I live an hour away South i-45 and driving north during rush hour is extremely difficult even when I leave early. It is a dangerous gamble. So far the recovery class consists of gathering Us in a room and playing old VHS in DVDs while they bill your insurance. The intensive outpatient recovery class instructor was sick and decided it wasn't her duty to remind any of the participants that she would not be their. Transportation is extremely difficult and I was dropped off. With no text message or email warning us of this so I wait another hour for a ride to go home. I show up on the next class date 10 minutes late and I am barred entry and told I need to wait outside for my ride to come pick me up now another hour I have to wait outside. I show up 40 minutes early for the next class and get told I can't participate because I was upset that I was barred from class last time and told them that accountability goes both ways. When I brought up my reasonable grievance with my counselor he told me he didn't care and I told him this is the kind of thing that leads people into stress and relapse and he literally looked me in the eyes and said he did not care if I relapsed. As someone who has multiple dead friends due to the battle with addiction, I found this disturbing and frankly A complete violation of the Hippocratic oath that medical professionals and counseling professionals are sworn to. Now these individuals will contact my probation officer and label me as a disruptive individual a one-sided judgment. This is why the system is corrupt. Economically impoverished people cannot get same level of advocacy as people who can afford lawyers. They disrespect people to their face. Treat them like they are lepers. If I have to get a lawyer I will. Prime example of somebody who is just doing this job as something to pay the bills. Nothing else. Is this the protocol there counselors uphold ? Now they will vilify me say that I am playing victim and since I am an addict it is very easy to do that. In addiction we have very little agency. In sobriety we have and should be able to practice more agency. These people will now try to paint me is a negative light
Came to Tricounty Cleveland to get desperate help with my depression. The staff here are rude, don’t matter what day, and they treat their patients like nothing more than paychecks. The attending doctor is the only one who’s not and you mostly interact with her via Skype. Unless you’re suicidal, you’ll have to wait MONTHS to get into any kind of therapy and when you finally do, they will turn around and drop you for absolutely no reason at all. Don’t matter if you do “everything right”, they’ll just decide to just stop helping you and lie to your face about it as well. They treat everyone that comes in like they’re a “junky” and throw pills at you rather than give any real help. Honestly the whole facility needs a desperate restaffing because they’ve been operating like this for YEARS and honestly can’t understand how these people are supposed to “help” anyone struggling with any kind of mental health issues.
This facility is not even open...but it says open on Google. Its completely abandoned, you can look inside there chairs all over the place. I think I saw a table lamp on the check in counter.....
This place is awesome, they have helped me come so far , I know I. Have a long way to go but they helping me get on right path
Called over the phone gave innacurate information wasted my time drove 2 hrs
They are very rude. Waste your time. Don't even see the doctor. It's on a TV. They make a appointment. Tell u a day and time and u get there . It's the wrong day when u plan in advance. They don't care about patients. Should be shut down
