Tower Behavioral Health

This was the best experience I had in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) because everyone helped me through my pain and in my journey.

I encountered a little bit of difficulty for my admission, but that's the only complaint I have of the partial program. I had a very good experience here helping to work through my emotions and had a great experience with my group. The therapists all have great character, and Milly, Leola, Esther, and Gabby all ran great sessions for our groups.

Mental Health comes in all forms and ages!! Medical induced by Steroid, causing STEROID RAGE LIFE IS TOUGH FOR ALL OF US! This is our living hell. I have anxiety due to trauma in my life…. Child that was struck with Cancer at 4 1/2, the death of my father, husband with PTSD from the Army, I can keep on going…. I wanted no part of this program, lol After day 2 I realized what a blessing was handed to me. The staff’s warm and loving welcome broke down my walls. The program teaches you about anxiety and trauma, WITH NO JUDGEMENT I would recommend this program to anyone!! Besides my faith snd family, this is the GREATEST gift I could have ever given to my self!!! THANK YOU to the most incredible team!! What you have created is beyond special!!! You are all so talented on your skill, loving and compassionate

I want to give a shout out to the one staff I felt like could really understand me. MISS ANDREA when I was at tbh she was so caring and me and her got along so well. we would stay up talking about my day and she would let me complain to her and she was the reason that I cried when I left. Andrea is a queen and I really hope she gets the nurse job she wants and succeeded in life. ALEX!!!

Not a bad joint

I was a patient here recently and just want to give a shout out to staff Megan Jo and Melissa for being so courteous and caring thank you! God Bless..all the staff was great :)

I had an incredible transformation after being here for 99 days now it is a shock to the system progressively but the staff members let alone the doctor were able to completely cure me with Ritalin and 4 other medications thank you doctor Khoker from unit 4 south/north thank you and I will be purchasing a Mercedes for Kris the woman nurse when I make it big! :)

I want to first say the negative reviews are false but everyone has an opinion and their allowed to. I'm 54 and found myself in a mental health crisis situation and I was lost,confused,mishandling my medication among many other that was until I found Tower during the month of April 2025. I was unsure of what this would bring as a first time for me and what started out as a disaster because of myself ended in myself saying should I ask to stay a bit longer because of the help I was receiving which YOU must want .I'll break it down in a few parts. Admission was flawless however because you're in a different state of mind you may feel otherwise. Food was of average portion because having a facility with this amount of people can't afford waste and you receive a portion of each food group. Structure which if you don't have would be a mess which Tower has structure. Cleanliness yes turnover rate at anyplace like Tower creates wear and tear which you may see a bit of but Tower addresses those issues and I found everything to be clean. TECHS,NURSES,DOCTORS They are unbelievable if I had to thank everyone I'd be here for hours however techs are amazing on 5s Dom is the man but to every tech thank you so much for going above and beyond you always stopped and listened you never were rude shout out to the Parland Trojan you know who you are. All nurses on 5s thank you from the bottom of my heart you always made sure every med questioned was answered and was on top of everything Melissa thank you for spending time on the phone with my wife about my meds at 11pm so kind I can't remember their names other then jo and Melissa but to all you're the best. Dr Chris thank you I really mean that I can't even describe how thankful I am. Kaila Thank you,you gave me so much detailed information before I left you're amazing. To the group therapists don't change anything it's good stuff So here it is. IF YOU WORK THE PROGRAM it will reward you .If you're their and going to give bad reviews for food,or staff,or because you think it's suppose to be you're vacation you're probably going to be dissatisfied because it's impossible to cater to just you. TOWER THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE,MY FAMILY AND FOR CARING WHEN I LOST ALL HOPE If you cared for me you'll understand not only did I make my daughter's show but with 1 day of rehearsal as an added bonus JEFF
