I'm really frustrated. I had an appointment scheduled with my shrink for tomorrow and I just got a call from the facility saying that they needed to cancel it because I need to redo my paperwork! You wait until the day before an appointment and cancel it? I'm nearly out of my psych meds so it really pissed me off!!! If you can go anywhere else at all I would highly recommend it! I'm supposed to talk to my PCP about my meds but that's not until the end of the month. Maybe I just need to try to start weaning myself off!

Waiting and waiting. I has to cancel last week because of illness and was told to come on the next week as "sit and wait" status between 9am and 2pm. They didn't tell me they shut down for lunch from 1 pm till 2 pm. I arrived at 12:45 and was not seen. Then everyone left for lunch at 1 pm. I was subsequently told when everyone returned at 2pm that I would have to wait after people who had appointments. What kind of operation is this? Am I being punished for cancelling a previous appointment? Why was I told to come between 9-2 pm when no one is here at 1 pm? That is misleading and hurtful to me. Who is running this operation?
