WhiteSands Treatment - Plant City

DO IT. If your thinking you have a problem DO IT I came in White sands a broken,hopeless,soulless man. The fear of the unknown. But I'll tell you in my experience in this treatment facility was something I'll never forget. From day one which was kind of blurry but I do remember everybody from the staff (BHTs), nurses, therapists, case managers, discharge managers, and the community was so welcoming. You have a roof over your head there's food breakfast at 6:00 a.m. lunch at 12:00 p.m. dinner at 6:00 p.m. you got a gym boxing thanks Ray karaoke bingo there's a basketball court volleyball court and a pool. The case manager Brandy was always there to help me out with all my concerns that I was trying to straighten up like my licensing disability next move after and gave me advice and Hope. All the therapists had just a genuine care for all the clients I learned the most about myself and just a short amount of time and I'm forever grateful to everyone at White sands. THEY HELP ME FIND MYSELF THE BEST THING I EVER DID........

Whitesands is an amazing place. They are are super helpful and care about their clients. Even though I don't want to go back to a rehab if I did I go here every time

If i could leave a less than 1 that is what I would give. do not send your love one to this place. In vetting this company for my son they told so many lies to get him in the door. I asked all the right questions before making my decision on this place. they told me that my son would be there for extended period of time, after going through the 30 day process he would be then placed in sober living and be gone from 6 mths to a year. Upon arriving there he was fully released in 30 days and i was told by his therapist they don't have sober living and there was nothing left there for him but to send him home. He has since pass away and if they had provided the truth in the first place he would have never gone there and would still be here with me. There were so many untruths given that every call was different person and a different answer. I will continue to leave horrible reviews for this place to spread the word. I have contacted the state officals and consulting with attorneys. He came home worse than when he left. Rehab is to help, they only care about how many beds they can charge insurance for. I will not stop until there has been justice for myself and my son. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and Karma (thats me) are coming for you. DO NOT SEND YOURSELF OR ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

This place sucks no phone the food is nasty

This place was amazing. I love the boxing and all the things that had to offer. The groups were amazing my discharging coordinator. Amanda was awesome Zach and all the staff from BHT’s to nursing to doctors. I’m not ready for my next steps and recovery.

I can’t say enough about my White Sands experience! I’ve been to and worked at several inpatient facilities and this program is hands down the most valuable, life changing mental health and substance abuse journey I’ve ever been on. From the professional, extremely knowledgeable clinical team, culinary staff, community and people behind the scenes, White Sands is special! Whether it’s your first time in treatment or someone that continues to fight, let their team effect change in your life. You’re worth it!

The people at White Sands changed my life forever. The BHTs and group leaders are amazing. I will always be grateful for my time there. You will be in good hands if you ever need help with addiction.

White Sands was very accommodating and professional! I was treated with respect and kindness! And the group sessions were very informative and helpful in my recovery process! Also, the Case Managers were very much on point with their residence while there! Thanks White Sands for everything!
