For 2 months I tried other doctors after doctors & felt unheard & pushed aside. I myself googled & found this clinic & FINALLY felt heard & cared for! An appointment was set quickly & when I made it in the ladies at the front desk (Ms. Rosy, Ms. Rachel, Ms. Astrid, & Ms. Jasmin) understood exactly what I was explaining to them & made me feel more welcomed than when I called for the appointment. Dr. Bernadette asked me all the right questions & made me feel like I could ask all the questions in the world! Every nurse or technician I've been in contact with have been friendly & extremely caring! Thank YOU ALL ladies!!! You all are appreciated beyond measure!

I don’t know how Dr Chapman is still working here. She’s very dismissive and seems like she hates her job. I paid my co pay and she’s going to tell me there is no point in this appointment because I already had the baby. 😒Well maybe if you didn’t have me waiting one week for an appointment after I explained I had to switch insurance because my old insurance was giving me issues. Why didn’t you cancel my appointment then? Has corporate seen any of the reviews about her???? I should’ve read them before I came here. She’s rude and needs to retire!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this office. I originally scheduled my son’s appointment two months in advance for December 8th at 3:30 PM. A week before the appointment, they called to reschedule because the doctor would be out that day. We moved it to December 10th at 10:45 AM, which required me to call out of work to make it happen. The day of the appointment, I called to confirm—and that’s when they told me they messed up and had scheduled me again with the same doctor who was out. They said there was no availability left, so my son wouldn’t be seen at all. I missed work for nothing, and my son still didn’t get the care he needed. This was completely unprofessional and very frustrating. I expected better organization and communication from a doctor’s office, especially when it comes to children’s care.
