Residential Rehab, Sober Living, Outpatient, Co-Occurring Mental Health

This center provides residential and outpatient care for women overcoming substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring conditions, including trauma, depression, and nicotine addiction. They also offer specialized programs for pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and women veterans. The center helps individuals identify relapse triggers and develop coping skills in a calm, structured setting. Engage in Trauma-Informed, Holistic Care Serenity Hills Life Center uses trauma-informed practices and integrates clinical, medical, and holistic therapies. Women take part in individual and group counseling, parenting classes, peer-led support, and life skills training. Optional services include yoga, massage, and spiritual electives. Programs are tailored to each person’s needs and focus on long-term stability and recovery. Experience Structure, Wellness, and Connection Residents stay in a structured home environment with access to sober living and on-site childcare during its Family Wellness Weekends. A dietitian guides meals to support physical health. Daily routines include fitness, recreation, and wellness activities like walking trails and relaxation therapies. The recovery path includes family visits, job training, and extended support.

This is not a place to come to if your wanting to remain unhealthy and unchanged. I started this journey to please the courts, not because I thought I was actually good enough for the radical changes that actually took place inside of my heart. Serenity Hills was a place of deep healing to my heart and soul. The radicalness of this process has been shared through the sisterhood created behind those doors. Miracles are happening here everyday. Chains are being broken and woman are flourishing into the beautiful creatures we were made to be. I know this for a fact because I am a walking miracle and a testimony to this amazing place. It is most certainly not an easy walk but Sharon Travis has an excellent staff who makes each one of the women there feel loved, important and heard. I can't even imagine where I would be if my mother hadn't found this place. I am only the lady I am today thanks to everything I've learned here. Never would I have thought I'd get clean. But here I am killing it. I loved the beauty of the place also... Serene and clean 2021. Thank you to all the staff and to my serenity family for helping me find the tools to make a life to be proud of again. I love this place and I am recommending it to anyone who needs change.
