They didn't give my son the right medication for his seizure.

I honestly don’t think I’d even give one star if I didn’t have to do it to write this review. My brother was taken into this facility on 1/27/26. Held for 13 days and not once did we hear about a care plan or anything! When we started demanding answers of why they’re holding him with zero plans of treatment and zero answers they all the sudden were releasing him! From the time he went in until he was released you could absolutely not get one person to answer a phone. They say to leave a message, the box is always full and the 1-2 times we were able to actually get ahold of someone they would only allow us to leave a message with them and say they’d relay the messages which NEVER happened. We were told we had to drive to the facility to speak with even a nurse over my brothers care so we do that only for them to turn around and tell us oh no one is here so you’ll have to call them lol. My guess is it’s a big insurance gimmick at this point for money and that’s it! The care is Terrible from front desk all the way up to the Doctor. I will say there were two different front desk women that we seen, I do not know their names unfortunately but one was an African American female and she was amazing! The only person in there that seemed to do her job and was great at it, she was always getting stuff done...but the other one that we seen 9/10s times while going there was horrible! I wish I could have got her name. I just know it was a white women I believe that seems to hate her job. She’s the main point of contact and doesn’t answer phones or care to help anyone. You will notice her immediately, it’s the girl that looks like she hates her job at the front desk through the entry ! My brother had stitches that were supposed to be removed and though they kept telling him they needed to remove them and they were going to get the supplies to remove them, they never did and still sent him home with these stitches that are way past needing removed, then they sent him with his prescriptions but the pharmacy needs the docs approval and now when you call them to get that fixed they’re acting like they have no idea what we are talking about or like if the doc never prescribed or seen my brother. I usually don’t complain but this place is absolutely horrible from top to bottom. They either need a whole new employee change(except for the one receptionist) or just to shut down at this point. I will be contacting the Health and Human Services and making a formal complaint against this facility as I hate the thought of people truly needing mental health care wasting the time here or coming out worse than they went in!

Been working with Woodland Springs for a long time. Have always trusted sending clients there. Recently needed services for my family and was happy to discuss help with them. Their facilities are among the best for this particular need and their outpatient team is absolutely incredible.

Tried calling no answers they say leave message but mailbox is full how can you talk to someone. Update they replied left a number to call and guess what no callbacks this place is a joke 🤣

The nurses and techs are extremely cold and dismissive. They WILL ignore your basic needs if they don’t feel like talking to you. I had to practically beg for ensure after not eating for 24 hours when I first got there which caused severe flashbacks. And while I was having these flashbacks they were not comforting me they were just acting like I was being “crazy”. I expected to feel safe finally but instead I had to be in survival mode the whole time I was there. I stayed in the Willows unit for 11 days. The nurses were so negligent with my health concerns. I came here for cptsd and they ignored alarming reactions I had to one of the meds (tachycardia right after taking the pill every night). They just gave me an anxiety pill and did an ekg days later. It’s really dangerous that the nurses don’t even know the side effects to the meds they give out…will be tapering off with a different psychiatrist. A nurse also gave me icy hot instead of hydrocortisone cream to put on an open wound that they caused by telling me to put a bandaid in an extremely sensitive area. This place traumatized me instead of healing me. I had to pretend to be ok for them to finally release me even though I drove myself there and admitted myself. I wasn’t depressed until I got there. All the patients regret going and even if you’re voluntary admitted you can’t get out unless the Psychiatrist approves. If you are looking for a place to heal from past traumas DO NOT GO HERE.

My girlfriend was admitted here for the second time about 2 weeks ago and got released on Wednesday. This was her second time being there but definitely will be her last. The treatment she received at this facility is ridiculous. The second day she was there, a male patient had told another patient he was going to r word her and when she asked if anything would be done, she was told “it wont happen”. Another day , she watched her friends face turn red and tears run down as she told ISHAL “im having an allergic reaction “ to which ISHAL told her “how do you know you’re having an allergic reaction?” She couldn’t breath!!!! She told my girlfriend her throat was closing. It took 3 -5minutes for them to give her any attention. My girlfriend was repeatedly BULLIED AND HARASSED by the prejudice staff pca’s RAEGEN AND TAMMY ( i do not care if the names are spelled incorrectly!!!) My girlfriend also watched a patient bang his head until it busted and nobody ran to him until after it was done!!!! Come on woodland springs!!! This is ridiculous. And my girlfriend feels way safer at home!! Theres alot more i could say but i think yalls reviews show enough. Do better!!!!!!!!

Meant to be 1 star because they separated two people who met and want be together. Name we called him was Vela in willows. He would understand ALLIGATOR FOOD code plz help me find him

i was admitted involuntarily bc of months of events i haven’t worked through making me suicidal. everyone that worked with me inside was very kind and would explain questions calmly despite them being repetitive and essentially begging to go home. the meds that were prescribed to me work amazing. i went in struggling to cope and came out with knowledge and skills from groups and talking to the others struggling similarly to me. only complaint is rude front desk and two constantly irritated and unhelpful employees
