This provider supports women, including mothers and veteran women, through residential treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Women live in shared, family-style housing with onsite childcare and a nursery learning center for children up to age eight. Daily routines, life skills activities, and parenting support create structure and stability in a supportive environment. Develop Strength With Guidance Therapists use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and individual psychotherapy to guide women in developing coping strategies, strengthening daily routines, and preparing for long-term recovery. Treatment also includes trauma-informed care and services that promote reunification, independence, and safe transitions back into the community. Provide Healing Across Programs The campus includes four programs: The Serenity Program focuses on early recovery and skill-building; the Healthy Families Project supports pregnant women and mothers with young children; the VA Women Warrior Unit offers short-term housing and support for veteran women; and the Transitional Living Program prepares women and their families for independent living.
