Everyone at AUM are so compassionate and genuinely care about helping you. I had the DNA genetics test done and when I went over my results with Ashley, it answered so many questions and made a lot of sense with so many things I’ve been going through over the years. She created nutrition and supplement plan for me as well. My therapist Mahnaz is phenomenal! I was recommended to her by a close friend and feel very comfortable with her and the techniques she provides you to use in every day life.

Mike is one of the best therapists for men and relationships. He's truly a special person and really helps men find their way. If you're going through something or need help knowing how to be a great man in a relationship please go see him. Whether it's to help your current relationship or prepare you for a future one, he's the best.

Top notch facility integrating various methodologies to suit each client individually. One of the first to offer yoga as therapy as well as breath work. Highly recommended if you are serious about your mental well being.

Ashley was very helpful in helping me find affordable mental health care. She has been helpful in helping me to understand my diagnosis better and supporting me with regulation. Her clinical expertise is invaluable.

Just got back from my first session of Trauma Focused Yoga with Ashley and I know I will be coming back again and again. Although I’ve been doing yoga for about 8 years now, this was the first time I was able to really tap into the sensations of my body and understand their emotional meaning. Ashley guided me in such a way that I was able to be wholly informed by my body, rather than various asanas informing my body. This helped me see both yoga and my own personal power to emotionally connect and regulate in a whole new light. Thank you to Ashley and everyone at the Aum Integral Wellness for offering such powerful services and creating welcoming cozy atmospheres.

Exactly what I didn’t even know I was seeking! Ashley Ray has created a model for mental health that I would love to see repeated again and again in every city/town in the USA. THIS is what true health care looks like. I came here with a fully dysfunctional nervous system that every single therapist at AUM could clearly pick up on. Whether I walked into the room or met them on Zoom, they READ my energy in the moment and adapted accordingly. Yes, I have a primary therapist…AND an entire team that reads energetics. That is the experience here. All I wish is that these modalities were more accessible to all. These amazing humans helped me to find myself. Prior to this experience, I served 8 months of time in talk therapy + meds, with no end in sight. Today, I’m off the meds in 2 weeks and…I just may not need AUM anymore beyond drop ins…that is the stated goal, and that is so very healing ❤️‍🩹

There are no words that could fully express my gratitude for how I was received at Aum. They held space for my spiritual awakening while helping me to understand how to live with PTSD. I can’t tell you how long before I found psychiatric help that acknowledged my Kundalini emergency.
