Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

It’s been exactly a year since the last time I’ve been here I’ve been clean for over a year. this place made me feel comfortable nobody judged me. I’m so thankful I got the help from you guys.
4 stars for detox, 1 for woman's supportive housing. Alot of people are there because they have to be, or they have no place else to go, so it's very chaotic. Not a healthy environment for recovery, in my opinion. The gossip around campus is that the higher ups are only about the money, but I'm not sure if that's true. The counselors are great, but there is not enough of them. Two of the nighttime RA's were awful, gossipy, lazy, cold, and unprofessional.
Detox was amazing, i thought it would be a great idea to join the womans residential treatment as well after detoxing. I cant even begin to explain the major bullying from the girls and the staff did nothing about it, they would have the girls assign consequences to any of the girls who broke a rule and they had a girl stand for 4-5 days in every class all day. Which is hazing… i was so upset with how uncomfortable I always was being there.
This place is awesome. I haven't looked back since being there.
It’s crazy how some of the staff is so great and kind! Then you have the bald headed guy who is rough and rude! He is so unprofessional. This would be such a great place. But this guy can’t put his ego aside. As we recover the pain is real. The uncomfortable in your own skin is real. And he is such a disappointment to the crew! I was on my fifth day and I started to vomit uncontrollably! I was vomiting for over 7 hours. No sleep body breaking down. And he had zero compassion. He forced me in a room by myself and left me there. I literally thought I was going to die. I was isolated alone afraid and in serious pain. I threw up in the floor and he made me mop it up myself. He was so angry at me. So I just left. He took my sobriety from me. I feel robbed! Stella Mari’s please do better! Get rid of your of your weakest staff member. Don’t let him rob anyone else of their goal.
God sent meto stella maris, an this place helped save my life. Forever grateful for the opportunity to grow and recover.!
I’m on my 3rd day of Week Two in IOP. I’m a Severe Chronic Relapser since 2017, For Decades (I’m 55) I’ve been firmly against this IOP program because it’s not Geavily Faith based.Hmmmm Dead Wrong on me. Gotta Thank Stella So Mych and I have so many awesome days ahead of me. Big Big Girl & Boy Shout Outs to Christy. They discharged a friend that wanted and needed help because she seemed overly sedated despite giving her sedatives. She had to leave terribly ill with nowhere to go. She had a fever and an infection and I don’t think they checked these things at all. Maybe they help some but at someone’s most vulnerable point, they need real compassion and also safety from other patients/room mates.
