The Nestled Recovery

I visited Nestled Recovery Center last week and was really impressed with the personal attention I received. Alex and the team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just waiting for time to pass. The nursing staff were incredibly qualified and professional, which gave me confidence in the level of care provided here. What really stood out to me was how personal and flexible everything felt. There’s no strict, stingy corporate atmosphere like you might find elsewhere. It feels like a place where individual needs actually matter. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the grounds create a really peaceful environment.

My daughter was admitted to this place, and they are ill equipped to handle anyone who is in a bad way. The staff was not compassionate, and when my daughter who was in the start of DT's was asked to come down the stairs, no one assisted her and she slipped on the stairs and bruised her tailbone badly. They had to call an ambulance to get her to the hospital again since thy re not equipped for any crisis.

Clean, calm environment with a very supportive staff. You can tell they generally care about people they serve.

This place changed my life. While I didn't stay in the house I did the IOP program and each and every staff member was very caring and understanding. They all work together to do what's best for you and they genuinely care about your recovery. There are alot of places in vegas that are not doing recovery for the right reasons. This place is not that. They are amazing!

The Nestled Recovery Center is truly a gem in Las Vegas. From the moment you arrive, the calming environment and thoughtfully designed amenities provide a sense of peace and safety that’s so essential to healing. What truly sets Nestled apart, though, is its heart—especially Lindsey, the director. She meets each person exactly where they are, offering genuine compassion and unwavering support. Her dedication to both individual recovery and the broader Las Vegas community is nothing short of inspiring. Nestled isn’t just a recovery center—it’s a place of transformation, hope, and community care.

I had went to this facility previously and it is degraded so substantially. I wanted to let everyone know. They play tricks with your money and the food is absolutely abhorerent there. Some of the staff are real professional but as far as the management I found them to be subpar, and it's very unfortunate. I recommend using a different recovery center.

I know the staff there personally, and I have to say they are some of the most caring and supportive people I have met in the mental health field. They are great community partners to work with and I’d trust my clients are under great care when admitted here.
