They are absolutely amazing at this location! They have an incredible staff who actually care about the clients and don’t act like they are being burdened. Best Ctc in town!

I've made a huge difference in my everyday life since I became a part of Southwest Vegas comprehensive treatment center my counselor Lavatta has been a big part of my recovery process as well as the other women that work here that I see weekly they are all so welcoming and understanding of our needs here at the clinic .I will not be moving anywhere anytime soon. This clinic is great; it’s quiet and very clean. The staff is compassionate and empathetic and truly cares about helping people. Update: I’ve been coming here for six months now and I can’t praise the staff here enough. They’re compassionate, personable, and truly care about the people who come here for help. The atmosphere is very calm and the clinic is very clean. There’s even a little coloring area for kids that’s camera monitored and directly in view of the reception area for the when parents have to bring their little ones with them. I also love that it’s convenient for me to get to every morning, as so many outpatient clinics are on the other side of the city.

Staff is excellent. So kind and lovely and we love our nurse. I transfer on the Maryland park location which is good but this one here onbft apache is the best.

I have been coming to the Southwest Clinic for over 6 months now and I cannot say enough positive things about this place in general but most of all the staff. Sheree is so considerate, professional and kind (she’s funny too). She treats me like a human being. (I have been spoken down by women with her position at another local clinic). She looks out for me and I can tell she genuinely enjoys her work because she is very good at everything she does. She is smart, quick, efficient and most of all kind and personable. She makes an uncomfortable situation actually pleasant and I could not be more grateful for her. Kyla at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. She is also very good at her job, anticipating needs and she is always pleasant and kind. Lavatta is also an incredible employee. She has a calm about her that makes me so comfortable speaking to her and speaking freely without judgement or concern. I actually feel better after speaking to her, which is ironic considering what we are talking about. She is encouraging, motivational and kind. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about these three women. I am so grateful I found this clinic. My life is forever changed and finally mine again! Thank you Sheree, Kyla & Lavatta!
