I seen them twice; The worse experience I have ever had since being transferred from Rockingham medical center after 11 years. Let me know if anyone has complaints on these people (Springfield health center>primary care) They do not have your best interest in mind. I filed a complaint and would be glad to help others file also. Otherwise would love to hear your complaints. We deserve and have patient rights also. The lack of care puts some of us in jeopardy especially folks like me with chronic illnesses. These are not the people to see if you have chronic illnesses. There lack of care may kill you. Just google and or A.I. it.

North star health system has failed me.

I went there today, October 14th, 2025 with a high recommendation from a Dr. Who opened a primary care in white river jct. I was not disappointed whatsoever. From the receptionist who was friendly, to the nurse and then the doctor. I need to have my ears flushed about every 6 months. Had not had it done in quite some time. The young nurse was outstanding. The Doctor, i wish I had gotten all their names, was kind, caring and understanding. After 30 minutes of rinsing, digging (softly) and an attempt by the nurse, then finally a last try by the doctor, got the remaining chunks/wax out. She was surprised on how much i had in there. I feel so much better. Not tired and worn out like I felt prior to this. Thank you Springfield Urgent Care. You all were awesome!

1/10 times they answer the front desk phone. I have to spend ALL DAY calling them every hour until someone picks up

Went in for anemic symptoms and got called "overly sensitive". Drive to another city for a second opinion and they actually did tests. Turns out I actually have anemia and an iron deficiency. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and go to actual professionals.

Have been a patient here for years and am genuinely concerned on how downhill this place has gone! Scheduled an appointment for a few issues which took me months to get into my actual doctor and when I go in I'm accused of being lazy for asking for a referral instead of searching the internet for a therapist and the doctor had no care or concern for my needs or wants and seemed to only be bothered with my problems and didn't seem to really want to help and at the end i was cut off while trying to explain my symptoms and told to cut it short and only describe my symptoms in short context and when asked if the doc was okay and why she was being so rude i was kicked out after said doctor yelled in my face and told me to leave and aggressively shoved a paper with a complaint number on it in my hand so hard she actually scratched my hand and made me bleed and when confronted on the aggressive behavior the doctor laughs and walks off....NEVER will I return to this practice and NEVER will a single member of my family that's for sure!! Switching IMMEDIATELY!!!!

The providers are fine. It's the billing department and front desk staff that are severely lacking. Both of my annual physicals were billed incorrectly and I'm waiting for FOUR bills for 4 visits that have been rejected multiple times for billing errors. The bankruptcy restructuring was a COLOSSAL WASTE OF MONEY. Corporate, for profit sick care is a a JOKE.

Took my child who was complaining of ear pain to the walk in clinic. There was hardly any wait. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and everyone treated us with kindness and respect. The doctor listened to and validated my concerns.
