This place is a joke and gives people a legal addiction and allows drug deals 2 happen in the parking lot and right there on the sidewalk more than just me have seen this happen 1st hand more times than once. This is by far a trusted facility by any means... If a facility is about helping people then why would they allow drug dealing right in front of their face. All this facility is about is.... Giving people a legal drug addiction now my family member has had to go to numerous rehabs to get off of this mess and yet they still try getting him to come back and stay with them as a client because as long as everyone here at this facility can keep him coming here they are making money!!!! These people are sick individuals to say the least

A great place,staff and wonderful doctor and I couldn’t ask for anything more, the doctor, counselor, receptionist, nurse, and anyone else I’ve forgotten (but not really forgotten !) make this place more welcoming than I can express …. They are more kind and considerate than you could possibly imagine and I would recommend this facility to anybody wanting to make a change and change directions, in your own crossroad. May God truly and richly bless each and every person that works there !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The entire staff is WONDERFUL they make sure that you're comfortable and satisfied with everything! They are there to cater to your needs and help you with whatever problems you may currently be having!

They are great and understanding. My first drug screen was so uncorrect. However the lab cleared that up but it was still a bad experience. The bathroom is horrible. I mean horrible.

This is my second time attending!. Would love to thank Jankin(she was the first recipients then Tiffany who came from the nursing part of the physility Kelly who was a nurse Hailey Christy Hailey who is now the resepionst Shelby Andrew Ryan Abby the list goes on and on but most importantly I appreciate thank you all for accepting me back guys with wide open arms!!!!!

They are great. I feel like jazzy has finally done what nobody could do before her. She's a great leader and she has a wonderful team working for her. Haley that works up front is the best at her job. I'm so thankful for her.i been at crossroads for more than 10 years and my favorite counselor is Brandi.she is as real as it gets.she motivates me without the shame and guilt, and that's rare to find and the other Haley that's a counselor is hilarious. No matter how bad my day is going between the Three of them I'll be smiling/ laughing before I leave crossroads. Thank u guys for everything!
