With both a Miami and Fort Lauderdale location, Evolutions Treatment Center is a trusted recovery center for those struggling with a substance use or mental health disorder. Equipped with a medical doctor, psychologist, therapists, chemical dependency counselors, acupuncturist, aftercare planner, and many others, Evolutions provides a wide variety of help to their patients 24/7. They have services ranging from 5-7 days of inpatient detoxification and stabilization to over 90 days of residential care. They employ a holistic approach incorporating clinical, homeopathic, and medical treatments. Some of these methods include individual and group therapy, trauma therapy (including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing or EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and relapse prevention. Nurturing the Whole Self Both of Evolutions Treatment Center’s facilities are designed to provide a peaceful experience for their clients as they begin their journey to recovery. They focus on implementing holistic therapies like art therapy, nutrition classes, and motivational interviewing into their daily schedules. Evolutions is also a pet-friendly treatment center to accommodate those who wish to seek help but still want to care for their pets. They chose to include pets at their facilities because of the benefits, such as reducing loneliness and stress while boosting feelings of purpose and encouraging higher levels of physical activity.

Evolutions Treatment Center truly saved my life. I came to the program on March 29, 2021 -- broken, lost, and angry. There was no light at the end of my tunnel, and I had been in the darkness for so long that I didn't even realize how deep it went. Florida shuffle, YES, 100%!!! This is the worst place possible you could ever send your loved one to. I know because they watched my son die, getting high right in front of them. When he first arrived there, I was told by his "therapist," Leon, who was actually only an intern in social work, NOT counseling, that I would be allowed to have contact with my son while he was there. That was just one of many lies I was told. Leon would not even allow me to speak to my son on Christmas Day and couldn't even tell me if he received the Christmas present I sent to him. They also put a claim into insurance for over 300,000 dollars for his short 42-day stay, and then they didn't even have the decency to call me and inform me that my sweet boy had passed; I had to hear that from a police officer, because they were too busy covering themselves. The hottest place in hell is reserved for you!!! Please, please do not send your loved one here if you care about their well-being. My son never received the treatment he asked for and lost his life because of it!!!
