I've had good and bad days since I've been going here the part I hate the most are how many counselors I've been through. Only one in the 12 yrs I've been here has actually changed my life she left and I relapsed but I'm on track again since thanks to myself because I won't let another counselor in because I know for a fact they will leave also, other then that I love the nurses and,, I like them all it's a nice place for help if your ready for it

It's a great place everyone there they are the best ever and they really care plus if you need any help with anything just ask they will or make sure you get what you need. So if you need help this is the place to go. Only one thing wish they stayed open until 1pm

Staff is outstanding, I can tell my councilor Mike cares about his clients succeeding the program and will do whatever he can to make you feel heard,, and the other councilors seem to as well.. The staff was changing quite a bit for a yr or two ago but, the new ones coming in are always kind and apathetic. I Miss the old Director Max but other than wishing he still was there, I have no complains

If I could give zero stars I would it’s constant with these people it’s a constant revolving door of counselors. You never see the same counselor as well as they’re constantly not being a nurse for the last almost 2 months and having to wait 3+ hours in line in the snow and rain, and then being told sorry I don’t know what to tell you by everybody the staff is nice, but that’s the only redeeming quality and even that has been hit or miss lately

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My sister has been trying for over a month to get into a treatment programme and this place makes it harder than anywhere I have seen in the country to get in. I have worked in the recovery field on and off for 10 years and have never seen a greedier less helpful pack of thieves than I have here. If their funding could get shut off I'd vote for it and for it to go to a recovery center that helps people instead of turning them away when they need the help the most. This place physically disgusts me.

I can’t thank recovery services of Belen enough for all they have done for me. The director Max has been a pleasure to work with along with my counselor Fabiola. This place saved my life, in more ways than one. I can’t ever repay them for what they have done for me.

Being in recovery was not only the hardest decision I've ever had to make, it saved my life. It's never easy to rediscover who you are all over again but when you start to see the difference in everything you thought was a lost cause it's pretty awesome. The Recovery Center is a great program and opportunity, but YOU have to want it. I have to give a big shout out to MAX the director. Without him that place wouldn't be the same. He's really done an amazing job. He really makes you feel like you matter. He was the 1st person I spoke with when I first started and It hasn't changed everyday since.
