I received an email or message recently saying that Dr Jennifer Clements had left the Mayo Clinic in Owatonna which I knew and I was assigned to someone else but I do not want her. so I wanted to discuss with someone a doctor of my choosing I called the number for the main line and she said oh no you have to have an appointment with her before we can change the doctors, never in my life have I heard something like that, it's my health I want to go to different doctor. It should always be my choice and I do a lot of research before I pick a doctor. I picked Dr Clements and now that she has left the clinic I don't have a choice in who I want as a primary care person. It should always be the patients choice from day 1.

Rude and inconsiderate employees. Don’t waste your time coming here. Not worth it.

Multiple communication lapses and breakdowns involving med fills. It’s been over a month since my last appointment and this clinic still hasn’t done their part after confirming with insurance that we are waiting for them to send my Rx over to be filled. Cannot and will not recommend.

Been on fmla and short term disability for about 2 months now but they canceled it because my doctors won't communicate with me or them. Now I'm not getting paid. Ive been told to communicate through the portal and I still don't get any messages after 3 weeks of waiting.

Had “Nancy” in primary care - called the wrong name which I knew was the start of it given I go there to receive transgender services. She made inappropriate remarks regrading my reason for being there and commented that I was too young to be taking that medication. Very unprofessional.

Made a 9:05am appointment and waited over an hour to see the doctor without any updates.

My primary dr is great and so is the staff there but the drs my kids have are terrible. I asked to switch their dr, was told the next appointment was with another dr but it was with the same dr. OB will literally sit there and cause you to be hospitalized from their incompetence. Was lied to for my whole pregnancy about them working with the hospital they are attached to, which that lie almost killed me and my baby. Scheduling is terrible. Lab is always ridiculously backed up. We don't bother trying to schedule online or by phone because they just mess that up too. For the most part they are just horrible. We drive all the way to Rochester now for pretty much everything but then you can't find parking in Rochester.

My experience was very good. From making the appointment, the simple foot operation to getting my prescription, payment and after care. Thank you for your help.
