Just had one of my last groups with Kyle. Even though it was a tough reality to deal with an OUI, he made it incredibly welcoming and comfortable to be in group, he also made things very easy to get through, navigate and find. Definitely hope to meet him again but under better circumstances!

Just finished a lengthy program with riverbend. Kyle made the class informative and interesting. He's a great presenter. Got the group engaged we th him and with each other . I can't say enough good things about it!

Coming Into the program I was very resilient and reluctant to get it done. It wasent long until Kyle roped me into one of the best programs I've ever taken. He made the information easy to understand, learn, and implement. Great team, and a great experience.

I was told that as a recovering alcoholic that I'm not a good fit for the recovery group I enjoyed, because I had a back procedure done and was out for 3 days and provided medical documentation. Wich was fine with staff but not the petty director of program..I also took 1 day off to honor the anniversary of my Daughters rape and Murder, to go to church light a candle for her..and then went to a meeting to stay sober. And be in the company of those I was close to for that day..this director is a liar,unprofessional, not compassionate at All ,pettyand caddy and can't be trusted..my outside issues were and are being addressed outside of group times...that back appointment was planned for months and they were notified of that at intake...she could give me no satisfactory reason why I wasn't a good fit for an alcoholic group .being an alcoholic seeking to stay sober and help...having a degree in psychology leads me to obviously believe that something else was going on ..it's not professionally run and they cover each other's butt To justify some of the dysfunctional , petty and caddy stuff that goes on there..I wouldn't recommend a dog go there..too much game playing and not enough recovery going on there..this was my experience there...and i' m not Alone in this type of experience at Riverbend
