Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

My daughter had went in the detox program. She was put on more drugs than she was using on the streets. They give more gabapentin than I took for seizures. She went to Asheboro but they took her to Lexington. She ended up in a room with a mental case. She woke to being attacked. When she defended herself. The head nurse put my daughter out & the guy that broke it up. The staff didn't even break it up. They her put on the street 45 minutes from home higher than she was when she went in. She's going to come off gabapentin, zoloft,& another drug cold turkey. Because of their screw up. An hour after she made home & left the Lexington facility starts calling my phone for her. IDK where she is now.She doesn't have minutes on her phone because she was trying to go to rehab. They really helped that situation right???

No words can truly express the gratitude I have for Daymark. No matter which location I’ve visited across North Carolina, they’ve always welcomed me with open doors and a light left on—especially during my darkest moments. When I felt hopeless, they gave me hope. When I felt weak, they reminded me of my strength. What makes Daymark so special is the compassion you’ll find from a team that truly understands—many of them have walked the same path and found freedom from the very struggles they now help others face. You’re not just a number here; you’re met with kindness, empathy, and real support. I’ve seen the negative reviews, and sure, no place is perfect. But to me, those are small things when compared to the hell of addiction. Daymark has helped me find my way back to life—and for that, I thank God.

I came to this facility in January for mental health and received nothing. I waited all day to speak with a therapist (which ended up just being through telemed) and was told they were recommending inpatient care. Great, but then I had to wait hours to be admitted. They waited until the very end of the process to test for Covid and of course I tested positive (though I was asymptomatic and had no idea). So they take me upstairs anyway considering it’s now 2 in the morning and they said they will figure something out for me. I was there overnight and at lunch time the following day two nurses (?) barge into my room to say they’re just taking me to Randolph ER. I wasted an entire day at their facility just for them to pass me on to someone else to deal with. I get that Covid is scary right now, but it definitely felt like they just gave up on me as soon as they got those results.
