I wish I had found out about this place and gone sooner. First visit took four hours and was absolutely worth it. Patients in the waiting area along with staff acted like a family. My initial nurse won't win a congeniality award anytime soon, but she was okay. The doctor gets 10 stars out of 5, best doctor I have ever had hands down. Mercedes and everyone else was excellent as well. I did not feel judged or looked down on by anyone at the facility at any time. Everyone treated me with complete respect and understanding. I am not qualified to give medical advice, but I will say this. Giving this place a try was the right decision, and may have saved my life. Maybe it can help you too.

I had a wonderful experience with the outpatient program at Community Medical Services. The staff, especially Justin, was incredibly helpful and accepting, creating a judgment-free environment. They truly care about each patient's well-being. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking support!

I’ve been going to this clinic for three years. They said if I got clean, I could get seven days dosing instead of having to go in there every day they ended up telling me that the methadone wasn’t showing up in my system and denying to do 7 day take homes because of it, but continuously let me take my doses in front of them that wasn’t showing up my system, but not letting me get my take home because it wasn’t showing up my system. So they didn’t care if I was taking it or not they just weren’t gonna give me my to take home. when I went on vacation. They did not give me my doses so I relapsed This place mentally destroyed me just as much as the drugs. People passed out everywhere. It’s just as hard to withdraw from methadone than anything else. They’re just putting you on something else so they can get money from your insurance and you can’t get off of it unless you wanna go back to the drugs.

I have literally been going here for over 2 years now. At first it was wonderful. Now the staff has completely went to crap, they don't seem to care at all, we just become a number and don't have any real type of helpful or even compassionate staff to really help with the recovery process.. super disappointed 😞

This place is a saving grace. My counselor Kristin Potts is one of the most kind hearted person who really has been a major person who has continued to impact my life. I've been 8 years clean and sober 🙏 July 16 2016 is my sobriety date and I can personally say that, if you are ready to get clean and live a beautiful and educated life, please 🙏 take it from me, Jody Brown, a person who was just a Lost soul until I found my way, and my way was having hope and believe the process. I hope my story has an impact on someone, and with that being said, please don't give up fighting, the devil never sleeps, but God doesn't either 🫶🌈
