Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

This place is not safe. Short staffing and mismanagement is causing medical mistakes and services fall short. No one will return your calls. If you have a choice, please do not take your loved one here.

do not send family or loved ones here. Please look at reviews. Soon they will be partnering with Ohio Health which hopefully helps improve. Until then, employees are rude and dismiss many of the patients needs such as hygiene products. They’re extremely understaffed so many groups don’t happen and it’s basically just like jail. All the employees do is sit on their phones, talk amongst each other, and tend to ignore patients. Please please please don’t send anyone here until there’s improvement!

When love ones send a voicemail, the patients don’t get the messages. They do not care about any patient! If you walk in patients get 3-5 day stay. You will feel like you been kidnapped or even living in prison. Don't put your family members in here read the reviews first this place is no joke.

This place deserves to have zero stars! They treat you absolutely horrible. They will say stuff to get it in your head. When love ones send a voicemail, the patients don’t get the messages. They do not care about any patients. THEY LOVE YOUR INSURANCE!!! If you are pink slip you’ll be there for 7 days! If you walk in patients get 3-5 day stay. You will feel like you been kidnapped or even living in prison. The social worker’s will talk about you or other patients to staff member's loudly, so everyone could hear them. Your privacy is not private. They say this is a safe place but it’s not safe when fights happen, and they have a struggle controlling them. The nurses are disrespectful and they will talk to you whatever way they want. If you yell at any staff member, they will threat you to go to a different unit. The doctors aren’t friendly and they don’t have any bedside manners. Patients having to go to court in order to leave CSE cause they want to control you…getting every penny. This place is dirty, nasty, and disgusting filth. Columbus Spring East you didn’t help me at all. You failed me as a patient and my mental health. First time being a patient and Thank God it will be my last. Absolutely traumatized!! Do not go here or even send your love one. Please stay in the ER and they will give you better help! Oh lastly IOP it’s a great class to be in but after you graduate that bill $800 per class…that is absolutely insane price. ** All of the other reviews on here are VERY TRUE to a perfect T!!**

Worst place on earth. Filthy. The staff are cruel and abusive to patients. They intimidate patients into not transferring to a better facility by threatening charges. "We'll transfer you if you got the money." Roaches everywhere. They disconnect the phone and take away visitor rights if they don't like a patient. The staff are more like abusive prison guards than anything. They also don't have any qualified medical staff on weekends and refuse to give patients medication( including ones that prevent seizures.
